    Abstract: A rendering command generator (11) acquires coordinate transformation information and a rendering region that converts and displays a reference image in a display image, and sets a coordinate transformation matrix in a register (21). A rendering block setting unit (22) sets the number of vertical and horizontal pixels of a rectangular region that divides and covers the rendering region in such a way that the region in which the rectangular region is subjected to coordinate transformation from a rendering region to a reference image by a coordinate transformation matrix conforms with the shape on the image of the image cache (15) from which the reference image is read out. A pixel generator (13) scans the rendering region by using the set rectangular region and generates pixel positions, and a coordinate transformation unit (14) reads out from external memory (20) image data on the pixel positions of the reference image corresponding to the pixels of the rendering region.

The adjacent pixel adding unit (9) adds the values of the pixel divisions protruding from the pre-shift range of the array of pixel divisions to the column of contracted pixels of the pixel adjacent in the protruding direction. The metal film located between adjacent protrusions can be a diffraction grating and the protrusions can be waveguides. At least one of the grating cycle of the diffraction grating, the height of the protrusions, and the thickness of the metal film is set to a value different for each portion such that a wavelength of light transmitted through the filter member changes for each portion.

An authenticator of the software defined radio device identifies a common key from the common key data using the information identifying the common key, authenticates using the common key, and performs subsequent communications using the common key. When sending software, a hash value is attached for confirming the security. A device ID of the software defined radio device is also attached to data for confirming which software defined radio device receives the software. The software is securely downloaded by a common key encryption having smaller processing requirements than those of a public key encryption.

The stereo processor is inputted with a plurality of images taken of predetermined regions from a plurality of different positions, and extracts digital surface model data representing surfaces of the regions in three-dimensional coordinates. The feature height calculator extracts feature heights where an elevation of ground level is subtracted from the digital surface model data extracted by the stereo processor. The demolition and/or new building detector detect changes in the feature that are the targets described on a map by comparing feature height data and map data.
