    Abstract: Changes in houses and buildings on a two-dimensional map are detected using three-dimensional data obtained from stereo images. A change detection device that detects changes in features that are targets described on a map has a stereo processor, a feature height calculator, and a demolition and/or new building detector. The stereo processor is inputted with a plurality of images taken of predetermined regions from a plurality of different positions, and extracts digital surface model data representing surfaces of the regions in three-dimensional coordinates. The feature height calculator extracts feature heights where an elevation of ground level is subtracted from the digital surface model data extracted by the stereo processor. The demolition and/or new building detector detect changes in the feature that are the targets described on a map by comparing feature height data and map data.

    Abstract: The edge segment setting unit (6) sets up edge data for an array of pixel divisions from the coordinates of start and end points of an edge line. The contraction unit (8) calculates the sums of edge data of pixel divisions within the pre-shift range of the array of pixel divisions on the basis of row of pixel divisions and stores the sums in a column of contracted pixels having a width equal to one pixel division in the scanning line direction. The adjacent pixel adding unit (9) adds the values of the pixel divisions protruding from the pre-shift range of the array of pixel divisions to the column of contracted pixels of the pixel adjacent in the protruding direction. A command read instruction transmission unit transmits a command read instruction having a transfer size and a storage address of each of the allocated context command set and object command set, to the memory access controller. The memory access controller compares the storage address of the context command set included in the received command read instruction with a previous storage address, and reads the context command set from the main memory device only when both storage addresses differ from each other.

In the first charging circuit, an overshoot based on a reflected signal generated by an output signal is stored as an electric charge to the capacitor, and in the second charging circuit, an undershoot based on a reflected signal generated by an input signal is charged as an electric charge to the capacitor, whereby the energy of the overshoot and the like is recovered. These charges are collected in the charging circuit, stored in the capacitor, converted into a power supply voltage of an internal power supply by a stabilization circuit, and are supplied as an internal power supply. The reflected energy of the signal generated during signal transmission at the time of data transfer between semiconductor devices is stored, and the stored energy is used in driving the signals.
