Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for channel state information (CSI) feedback. A method comprises determining, at a terminal device, a reference signal resource for coherence measurement of a channel between the terminal device and a network device; performing the coherence measurement using the reference signal resource; and transmitting, to the network device, information indicating a result of the coherence measurement as a part of CSI for the channel.
Abstract: The information processing apparatus 10 acquires biological information of a passenger 55 who has disembarked from an aircraft. The information processing apparatus 10 acquires flight information corresponding to the acquired biological information from a storage device 52 in which the biological information of the passenger 55 and the flight information of the passenger 55 are stored in association with each other. Then, the information processing apparatus 10 determines, based on the acquired flight information, whether the passenger 55 is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft. The information processing apparatus 10 displays information according to the determination result on display devices 53 and 54.
Abstract: Distributed fiber optic sensing (DFOS) and artificial intelligence (AI) systems and methods for performing utility pole hazardous event localization that advantageously identify a utility pole that has undergone a hazardous event such as being struck by an automobile or other detectable impact. Systems and methods according to aspects of the present disclosure employ machine learning methodologies to uniquely identify an affected utility pole from a plurality of poles. Our systems and methods collect data using DFOS techniques in telecommunication fiber optic cable and use an AI engine to analyze the data collected for the event identification. The AI engine recognizes different vibration patterns when an event happens and advantageously localizes the event to a specific pole and location on the pole with high accuracy. The AI engine enables analyses of events in real-time with greater than 90% accuracy.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure describe systems and methods that advantageously enable vibration-induced optical phase measurement at a centralized optical line terminal (OLT) in a PON architecture. In sharp contrast to existing distributed fiber sensing systems and methods, the optical phase measurements of the present disclosure do not rely on back scattering mechanisms and maintain a sufficient optical signal to noise ratio (OSNR) even after round-trip splitting loss in the PON.

Abstract: A first server and a second server use a virtual address to mount the storage synchronous area in a storage by the NFS. The first server obtains a snapshot of memory content of a virtual system operated as an active system and transmits the snapshot to the second server. The first server replicates content of the storage synchronous area in the storage to a storage synchronous area in a storage. When a failure occurs in the first server, the second server sets a virtual address to the storage and uses the virtual address to mount the storage synchronous area in the storage by NFS. The second server uses the snapshot received from the first server to execute the application on the virtual system.
