    Abstract: A hydraulic puncher comprises a generally C-shaped frame member having a pair of opposed ends between which a workpiece is disposed, and a hydraulic actuator fixedly connected to one end of the frame member. Provided on one end of the frame member is a ram having a punch fixed to the front end of the ram and reciprocated by an actuator. The other end of the frame member supports a die cooperating with the punch via a removable die mount. The die mount has a groove open toward the interior of the C-shaped frame, for receiving a part of a workpiece.

    Abstract: A safety operation system for a manipulator is provided with a first operation section. The first operation section has a first movable section, and outputs a first operation signal representing the position and angle of the first movable section. A failure detecting section detects failure of the first operation section on the basis of the first operation signal, and outputs a detection signal. When failure of the first operation section is not detected, a conversion section converts the first operation signal into a control signal. A second operation section has a second movable section which moves in accordance with movement of the first movable section, and outputs a second operation signal generated in accordance with movement of the second movable section. A comparison section compares the control signal with the second operation signal, and outputs a deviation signal used for opening the second movable section.

The tube coupler further includes an operating ring threadably engaging the outer peripheral surface of the main tubular socket body, a slide ring mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the main tubular socket body and being moved axially by the operating ring, and a cylindrical holder slidably fitted in the main tubular socket body and engageable with the main tubular plug body. The holder has a groove open radially outward, and the main tubular socket body has axially elongated holes. The slide ring is provided with pins each having a distal end portion extending into the groove through the corresponding elongated hole.

The plug has an engagement groove formed in an outer periphery of a plug cylinder, and the socket includes a socket outer cylinder having a lock engageable with the engaging groove, and a socket inner cylinder which is engaged with a smaller-diameter portion of the outer cylinder and is axially movable within the socket outer cylinder. Stoppers are provided within an annular space defined between the socket inner cylinder and the socket outer cylinder. The stopper restricts forward movement of the socket inner cylinder in the state in which the socket is separated from the plug, and the stopper fixes the lock in the state in which the socket is connected to the plug.

    Abstract: A coupling comprises a plug attached to the opening of a fluid-filled container. The plug includes an inner cylinder having an opening sealed by film comparatively easily broken by a sharp tip or a blade, and an outer cylinder fitted onto the inner cylinder. A socket is connected to the plug, the socket including a connection to a fluid suction pump. A cutter section has a tip portion shaped like a triangular pyramid to gradually break the film at the opening of the inner plug cylinder when the socket is connected to the plug and also has a trunk portion continuous from the tip portion and shaped like a triangle pole. An inner cylinder is carried by the socket and has a valve synchronous with the sucking operation of said fluid suction pump to open and close a fluid passage in the inner cylinder. A sleeve having a collar rotatably fitted on the inner cylinder and cooperative with a stopper on the outer plug cylinder serves to detachably fix the inner socket cylinder in the plug.

The lock cylinder is helically joined to the inner surface of the leading part of the pipe coupling proper and fixes the corrugated pipe by rotationally closing the lock cylinder helically tacked to the pipe coupling proper, and at the same time seals the pipe coupling proper by pressing the leading terminal part of the lock cylinder against a seal ring attached fast to the interior of the pipe coupling proper, enabling the corrugated pipe to be infallibly locked and sealed owing to the provision of a spacer adapted to preset and keep a closing distance for the lock cylinder. The spacer is detachably attached to the periphery of the pipe coupling proper.

    Abstract: In an open state of a valve, when a valve outside sleeve is rotated in the rear portion of a housing, a valve inner sleeve is moved forward to close a fluid channel, thus stopping supply of compressed driving air. Simultaneously, a front end of the valve outside sleeve is moved forward while it abuts against the rear surface of a retainer. Therefore, brake rods biased by compression coil springs are also moved forward, and front surfaces of the brake rods are abutted against a brake disk to effect braking, thereby immediately stopping rotation of a rotor. The urging force applied on the brake disk is the compression force of the compression coil springs.
