Abstract: A wheel and bearing unit for a vehicle comprising inner and outer rings in between which two rows of rolling bodies and sealing means are applied. The outer or inner ring is connected to a member of a brake device while the inner forms a connecting means for the wheel and a shaft. The unit is characterized in that the wheel is mainly a conical shaped disc one side of which is smooth while the other side is provided with connecting means for connecting the disc to the bearing inner ring and brake device parts. The disc is further provided with air cooling apertures having edges which can lead cooling air streams mainly in the direction of the brake device.
Abstract: A roller bearing provided with flanges and having an inner ring, an outer ring and roller elements therebetween, sealed to prevent penetration of foreign matter, and constructed so that at least one of the rings is integral with two flanges extending on either side of the ring.
Abstract: A change mechanism for a gasoline dispenser or the like for receiving coins or tokens and returning coins as change. A removable coin cartridge having provision for receiving incoming coins and paying out coins as change, and incorporating coin troughs as structural members of the cartridge. An installation configuration for permitting removal of an exhausted cartridge and insertion of a full cartridge at the dispenser, and reloading of cartridges at a remote location.

Abstract: Wheel bearing application, including same for a wholly unloaded, rigid rear shaft, comprising drive means arranged in a sleeve portion for transferring torsional movement from a drive shaft and a bearing consisting of a moment-carrying, play-adjusted, rigid inner-ring-rotated roller bearing. The inner ring comprises two directly adjacent separate rings that are fitted on the sleeve portion and an outer ring of one piece, with rolling bodies arranged between the inner and outer rings.
Abstract: A fulcrum toy assembly whereby a primary body element is provided with pointed contact points so as to prevent excursion thereof upon its support base, a second body element which has its center of gravity disposed below the pointed contact points of the primary body elements is attached to a resilient wire member, said resilient wire member in turn being connected with a second resilient wire member attached to said primary body element so that upon the application of a slight force to the primary body element, said primary body element will rock in a vertical plane while simultaneously oscillating said second body element in a horizontal as well as a vertical plane.
Abstract: An automatic gasoline dispenser receiving tokens from customers and paying out change to the nearest penny for gasoline purchased but not dispensed. A dispenser with an accuracy of one four hundredth of a gallon and indicating volume dispensed to one four hundredth of a gallon. An automatic dispenser deliverying gasoline to the last full cent when the total amount purchased is taken by the customer.
Abstract: A ball bushing device adapted to be mounted on a shaft, comprising a sleeve element containing a bore defined by an interior wall surface, plural balls within the sleeve, and a raceway structure between the balls and the sleeve element, the raceway structure having curved elastic plate members and having a generally concavo-convex surface facing toward the shaft and the concave surface facing toward the sleeve element.
