Abstract: A datacenter housing servers, computers, data storage devices, telecommunications and related equipment for storing and accessing large amounts of data on a continuous, uninterrupted and reliable basis, which is provided with a supporting system or infrastructure for supplying power and cooling to the datacenter, which involves equipment primarily contained in modules situated outside the building that houses the primary computer and server equipment, whereby said supporting system or infrastructure is designed with redundant equipment, connections, and controls to avoid any single point of potential failure.
Abstract: An olefin polymerization catalyst is prepared by (a) in a diluent, combining a diorganomagnesium compound with less than 2 molar equivalents of a first source of chloride to produce a “chloride deficient” magnesium chloride support; (b) without isolating any solids, adding a second source of chloride which reduces the amount of soluble un-reacted diorganomagnesium compound present; (c) without isolating any solids present, adding a tetravalent titanium species and; (d) adding an activator. The catalyst is active for solution polymerization of olefins.
Abstract: A collapsible, portable container having a roof, a base, two foldable end walls and two removable side walls. The container is collapsed by removing the side walls and inwardly folding the end walls to draw the roof closer to the base. A slide lock feature is present which alternatively allows or prevents the inward folding of the container end walls.
Abstract: To provide a water flow electric power generator capable of generating electric power for a long period of time, the water flow electric power generator including: an underwater rotating body (32) configured to rotate by a water flow (11); a driving liquid pressure pump (34) configured to hold a front end (52) of the underwater rotating body (32) at a predetermined position under water; a power transmission unit (40) configured to transfer a rotational power of the underwater rotating body (32) held by the driving liquid pressure pump (34) to above a water surface (9); and an electric power generator (39) disposed above the water surface to be driven by the power transferred by the power transmission unit (40), wherein the underwater rotating body (32) includes: a body portion (51) having a streamline shape from a front end thereof to a rear end thereof; a supporting portion (33) located between a front end of the body portion (51) and the driving liquid pressure pump (34) to be able to swing in a direction i
Abstract: The invention provides a composition including epinephrine nanoparticles and methods for therapeutic use of the composition in the treatment of conditions responsive to epinephrine such as a cardiac event or an allergic reaction, particularly anaphylaxis. The epinephrine nanoparticles can be incorporated into orally-disintegrating and fast-disintegrating tablet pharmaceutical formulations and can significantly increase the sublingual bioavailability of epinephrine, and thereby reduce the epinephrine dose required. Additionally, the invention provides methods for fabrication of stabilized epinephrine nanoparticles for use in the described compositions.

Abstract: In-mold labels comprise a printed sheet and a “cover stock” layer that covers the printed sheet and also provides adhesion of the label to the mold prior to the molding procedure. The cover stock is prepared from a blend of a major portion of polymer composition having a high melting point and a lesser amount of a polyolefin having a low melting point. The high melting point polymer composition must contain an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer having a melting point of greater than 85° C. The cover stock is characterized by having a non-homogeneous morphology in which discrete “islands” of the high melting point polymer are present in a continuous “sea” of the polyolefin. The labels of this invention are especially suitable for applying labels to a rotomolded part. The cover stock melts during the rotomolding process to provide a protective cover for the label graphics.
Abstract: Interpolymer resin particles that include from about 20% to about 60% by weight based on the weight of the particles of uncross-linked polyolefin resin particles having a VICAT softening temperature greater than 85° C. and from about 40% to about 80% by weight based on the weight of the interpolymer particles of polymerized vinyl aromatic monomer composition particles that have been polymerized in the uncross-linked polyolefin resin particles to form an interpenetrating network of polyolefin resin particles and polystyrene particles. The interpolymer resin particles have a gel content ranging from about 0 to about 1.5% by weight based on the weight of the interpolymer resin particles, a VICAT softening temperature ranging from about 90° C. to about 115° C., and a melt index value ranging from about 0.2 to about 35.0 g/10 minutes (Condition G).
Abstract: The invention relates to a methionine gamma lyase-2-aminobutyrate deaminase (MEGL-2ABD) enzyme and provides an isotopic assay for quantitatively measuring activity of the enzyme. The MEGL-2ABD is a therapeutic target for cancer, particularly in cancer stem cells and their lineages. The invention additionally provides a protein, MEGL-2ABD (SEQ ID NO:2), compositions/formulations containing this protein, and methods/assays for using this protein in therapeutic applications allowing progress toward prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure of cancer.
Abstract: A container assembly (1) having a container body (11) and exterior shelf structures (41, 44) that are each reversibly attached to exterior surfaces (35, 38) of first (17) and second (20) sidewalls of the container body (11), is described. Each exterior shelf structure (41, 44) has a shelf base (47), and a forward shelf portion (56) and a rear shelf portion (62) that each extend upwardly from the shelf base (47). Each exterior shelf structure has a shelf space (77) that resides between and is defined in part by the forward (56) and rear (62) shelf portions. The forward shelf portion (56) of each exterior shelf structure (41, 44) has an open front or face (86) that is in communication with a recessed chamber (89) of the forward shelf portion (56). The exterior shelf structures (41, 44) may each be reversibly attached to the container body sidewalls (17, 20) by means of tabs (98) that are received within tab apertures (110) of the sidewalls.
Abstract: Mineral oil is added to a supported chromium catalyst in amounts which maintain a free flowing particulate material. Chromium catalysts so treated, provide polyethylene in a gas phase ethylene polymerization process with reduced reactor fouling or static.
Abstract: Fouling in a dispersed phase reactor in the presence of a phosphinimine catalyst and MAO may be reduced by reducing the loading of the phosphinimine catalyst to provide from 0.02 to 0.031 mmol of transition M per g of catalyst while still maintaining a productivity of not less than 2500 g of polymer/gram of catalyst. The catalyst may optionally be used in the presence of an antistatic agent.
