Abstract: A double-layered transparent conductive film includes: a first substrate; a first imprint adhesive layer formed on the first substrate, the first imprint adhesive layer defining a first mesh-shaped groove, the first mesh-shaped groove forming a first mesh; a first conductive layer including conductive material filled in the first mesh-shaped groove; a tackifier layer formed on the first imprint adhesive layer and the first conductive layer; a second substrate formed on the tackifier layer; a second imprint adhesive layer formed on the second substrate, the second imprint adhesive layer defining a second mesh-shaped groove, the second mesh-shaped groove forming a second mesh, wherein one of the first mesh and the second mesh is a regular mesh, the other is a random mesh; and a second conductive layer including conductive material filled in the second mesh-shaped groove. During the lamination, no alignment accuracy is needed, such that the production efficiency is greatly improved.

The main die has a first (e.g., bottom) surface attached to the die attach pad and has a second (e.g., top) surface. The stacked die is attached to the second surface of the main die using, for example, an adhesive film. The main die and the stacked die include silicon crystal. The mold compound encapsulates the die attach pad, the main die, and the stacked die.

Abstract: A bingo game system with a wheel game simulation feature including a wheel divided into a plurality of sections, wherein each section is associated with a wheel game outcome, and a processing device for facilitating the steps of assigning one or more unique numbers from a pool of bingo numbers to each section of the wheel game simulation feature, randomly drawing numbers from the pool of bingo numbers, determining if the randomly drawn numbers include the one or more unique numbers assigned to one of the sections of the wheel; responsive to the determination that the one or more unique numbers assigned to one of the sections of the wheel has been randomly drawn, actuating the wheel game simulation feature to simulate the operation and conclusion of a wheel game in which the section assigned to the one or more unique numbers is identified as the game outcome.

Abstract: The invention relates to a headrest for motor vehicle seats, comprising an upholstery support (2), a support rod (3) displaceably arranged relative to the upholstery support (2), connecting the headrest (1) to a backrest of the motor vehicle seat and at least two bearing elements (4) arranged in the longitudinal axial direction of the support rod (3), spaced apart from one another on the upholstery support (2) and at least partially encompassing the support rod (3), for guiding the support rod (3), the bearing elements (4) being elastically pretensioned in the direction of the support rod (3). In order to provide a headrest which permits a rattle-free arrangement of the upholstery support on the support rod and which has easy adjustability, it is provided that the bearing elements (4) comprise guide webs (20) distributed over their inner periphery, protruding toward the support rod (3) and extending in the longitudinal axial direction of the support rod (3).

Abstract: An electronic display includes a controller transmitting display data to a plurality of modules electrically connected to each other in series. A first module receives and transmits the display data to at least one intermediate module, which passes the display data along the series in a first direction. Each of the modules controls activation of a respective plurality of lighting elements based on the received display data. A last module transmits to the controller an acknowledgement of receipt of the display data. If the controller does not receive the acknowledgement, then the controller transmits the display data directly to the last module. The last module then transmits the display data to the at least one intermediate module, which passes the display data along the series connection in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Abstract: The realm of fantasy sports gaming is expanded beyond the selection of current, active athletes by including former athletes, or former seasons for current athletes, in a selection pool for fantasy sports leagues. This is accomplished by querying databases of sports statistics for the purpose of generating a mock performance that can be fairly compared and incorporated with real-time performances generated by current athletes actively participating in the same sport. The end result is a realistic, yet unpredictable, statistical box score for a former athlete that can be translated via a point system for the purpose of fantasy sports league play.

Abstract: A daytime running lamp (DRL) controller for controlling power to a light source of a vehicle includes a switch, an engine starting-up detector and a switch control circuit. The switch is coupled to the light source. The engine starting-up detector is coupled to the switch, and generates a trigger signal if the engine is starting up. The switch control circuit is coupled to the switch and the engine starting-up detector, and includes a controller. The controller generates a first control signal to switch on the switch to power on the light source responsive to the trigger signal, and keeps outputting the first control signal if a holding signal is generated within a first time period after the trigger signal is received. The first time period is a time period during which the controller is reset after receiving the trigger signal.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of securing and maintaining the integrity of desired information on a ribbon and media subsequent to a printing operation is provided. The apparatus and method includes a thermal transfer printer having a print station and a printhead operable for performing a printing operation. The printhead is capable of performing an initial print operation and then being raised from the media, thereby allowing the used ribbon to be rewound a predetermined distance about a supply spindle. Thereafter, a second print operation is performed on the space previously printed upon using characters, designs or block-out patterns and the used ribbon is then wound onto a take-up spindle. In exemplary embodiments, the used ribbon can also be reprinted with a waste media several times thus further obscuring the image on the used ribbon.

Abstract: Applicant has disclosed a Magazine Guide Assembly with Dual Latching System for bolt-action rifles for guiding, latching and unlatching differently shaped firearm magazines for other rifles. In other words, the assembly is an adapter for bolt-action rifles. In the preferred embodiment, Applicant's invention comprises: (a) a magazine guide housing, attachable to a receiver of a bolt-action rifle, for guiding and latching differently shaped magazines designed for AR-10 and M-14 style semi-automatic rifles; (b) the magazine guide housing has different first and second latches, wherein: (i) the latches are respectively hinged on first and second pins, attached to the housing, and activated by a single torsion spring; and (ii) the first latch is adapted to latch onto a AR-10 style magazine designed for an AR-10 style semi-automatic rifle, while the second latch is adapted to latch onto a differently shaped M-14 style magazine designed for an M-14 style semi-automatic rifle.
