Abstract: Approaches, techniques, and mechanisms are disclosed for provisioning programmable devices in a secure manner. The secure programming system can individually encrypt a target payload of data and code and then program the information into each individual one of the programmable devices targeted for a specific job. The secure programming system can create a customized payload package that can only be decrypted by a particular system or device having the correct security keys.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The method includes steps of: etching a plurality of through holes arranged in an array on an insulating substrate to form a frame; filling piezoelectric material into the through holes to form a plurality of piezoelectric posts corresponding to the plurality of through holes. The present disclosure also provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. In the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and the manufacturing method of the same according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the frame is formed on the insulating substrate by etching, and the piezoelectric material is filled in the frame to form the piezoelectric posts to form the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The cost of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor can be reduced because the etching apparatus is low-cost and the process is simple.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic probe includes a piezoelectric layer, including a number of piezoelectric posts arranged in a number of rows along a first direction and arranged in a number of columns along a second direction, and an angle between the first direction and the second direction being an acute angle, a distance between the two adjacent piezoelectric posts along the first direction being greater than a distance between the two adjacent rows of the piezoelectric posts. The ultrasonic probe improves the density of the piezoelectric post by misaligning the two adjacent rows of piezoelectric posts and compressing the row spacing, which makes better use of the space between the two adjacent rows of piezoelectric posts. That is, the space utilization of the ultrasonic probe is improved and pixel density is high.
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor package. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor package includes a substrate, a control chip, an ultrasonic probe, and packaging material. The substrate includes a substrate top surface and a plurality of first connection electrodes formed on the substrate top surface. The control chip includes a chip bottom surface and a plurality of second connection electrodes formed on the chip bottom surface. The control chip is connected to the substrate using a flip chip mounting technology. The second connection electrodes are connected to the first connection electrodes. The ultrasonic probe is arranged on the control chip, and configured to emit ultrasonic wave and receive ultrasonic wave reflected by an object. The packaging material covers the substrate and the control chip, and fixes the ultrasonic probe using a molding technology.
Abstract: A secure programming system can receive a job control package having a security kernel and a target payload of content for programming into a pre-defined set of trusted devices. A device programmer can install a security kernel on the trusted devices and reboot the trusted devices using the security kernel to validate the proper operation of the security kernel. The target payload can then be securely installed on the trusted devices and validated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid gas level measuring system for use in a liquid gas tank and designed to cooperate with a float level gauge head mounted on the gas tank and made of magnetically inert material. Abstract: Provided is a pellet composition having enhanced thermal stability for use in a thermally-actuated, current cutoff device. The solid thermal pellet composition comprises an organic compound have low ionization potential, such as dibenzosuberenone. The solid pellet maintains its structural rigidity up to a transition temperature (Tf), but further has improved overshoot temperature ranges. Therefore, the improved thermal pellets have a maximum dielectric capability temperature (Tcap), above which the pellet composition may lose substantial dielectric properties and conducts current that is at least 160° C. greater than the Tf. The aging performance is further enhanced. Further, methods of enhanced processing and pelletizing are provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a multi-mode headset incorporating both bone conduction and aural transducers. Bone conduction plates of the headset rest on a users' temples, just in front of each ear in one implementation, and create sound through vibrations in a first mode, allowing the user to listen to the headset while still leaving environmental or external sounds audible. In a second mode, the user detaches aural transducers or earbuds from an attachment point and inserts them into the user's ears, blocking external noise and providing passive and/or active noise isolation. In a third mode, both the bone conduction plates and aural transducers may be used simultaneously, providing additional amplitude and potentially wider frequency response. The headset may include a switch, such as a magnetic proximity sensor detecting the position of the aural transducers, to control a mixer or amplifier to re-route audio through the aural transducers.
