Abstract: A data input management system is disclosed, for allowing a user to select one or more data sources, to be placed either simultaneously or one at a time into electrical communication with a single user interface. The user interface may comprise a wearable support, such as an eyeglass frame, adapted to carry one or more of speakers, microphone and video display, depending upon the desired functionality. Source electronics may be carried by the support or carried remotely, and in wireless communication with the support using Bluetooth protocols or other data transmission technology.
Abstract: Eyewear can be provided that include at least a support and a traction surface that allows the eyewear to be retained on a user's face. The support can include at least an earstem and a face. The traction surface can be coupled to a portion of the support. The traction surface can provide a greater amount of traction force before slipping when subject to forces in certain directions and can provide a lesser amount of traction force before slipping when subject to forces in other directions.

Abstract: A detachable adjustable electronics module may be removably or permanently connected to eyewear. The module may include electronics for processing audio and/or video input and/or output signals. The module may be provided with an adjustable arm, for adjustably carrying a speaker. The module and/or the speaker may be adjusted relative to the wearer in any of the anterior-posterior direction, the inferior-superior direction and laterally. Rotation adjustments may also be accomplished. Eyewear may be provided with only a single module, on a single side, or with two modules, one on each side, such as to provide stereo audio or dual mono sound.
Abstract: Eyewear is disclosed that can have multiple ventilation states providing different amounts of ventilation through the eyewear. The eyewear can include a lens and a frame. In some embodiments, the lens and/or frame can be moved with respect to the user to provide the multiple ventilation states. In some embodiments, the eyewear can include a nosepiece which is movable from at least a first configuration to a second configuration to provide the multiple ventilation states.
