The first DCI can include a first PDSCH-to-hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing indicator set to a first value indicating an inapplicable value. The method can also include receiving the TBs in the slots and receiving a second DCI indicating a second PDSCH group index. The second DCI can include a second PDSCH-to-HARQ feedback timing indicator indicating an applicable value. The method can further include transmitting HARQ feedback information for the TBs in response to the second DCI.
