Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC message(s) with configuration parameters comprising a deactivation timer value for a deactivation timer of a cell. The deactivation timer starts in response to receiving a MAC CE that indicates activation of the cell. A first DCI comprising a first field indicating an uplink resource block assignment, and a first trigger field indicating that the first DCI is triggered in response to a second trigger. The deactivation timer restarts in response to receiving the first DCI. The second DCI comprises: a second trigger field indicating the second trigger, and a second field indicating a subframe offset value. The deactivation timer restarts in response to receiving the second DCI via a common search space. Transport blocks are transmitted, in response to the second trigger, employing the uplink resource block assignment of a subframe having a position determined based on the subframe offset value.

  • Publication number: 20180077644
Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC message(s) with configuration parameters comprising deactivation timer value(s) for a first deactivation timer of a first cell and a second deactivation timer of a second cell, and cross carrier scheduling parameter(s). A first control channel of the first cell carries downlink scheduling information via a downlink data channel of the first cell. A second control channel of the second cell carries uplink scheduling information via an uplink data channel of the first cell. The first and second deactivation timers restart in response to receiving a first DCI for uplink transmission on the first cell. The first deactivation timer and not the second deactivation timer restart in response to receiving a second DCI for downlink transmission on the first cell received. The first cell deactivates in response to the first deactivation timer expiring. The second cell deactivate in response to the second deactivation timer expiring.

The first band combination may be in a second sequence of a plurality of band combinations associated with the wireless device. An index of the first parameter in the first sequence identifies the first band combination in the second sequence. A second message may be transmitted based on the message. The second message comprises configuration parameters of at least one cell for V2X communications. The at least one cell operates in one of the plurality of band combinations that supports the V2X transmission configuration.
