Patent number: 12182550Abstract: Mobile cascading style sheets (MCSS) are provided for use in conjunction with native mobile applications. The MCSS framework/library allows a developer to use the full potential and capabilities of the native software development kit (SDK) via a form of cascading style-sheet (CSS) code to design, build, and deploy an entire native application in much the same way a website is built with CSS. To achieve this, the system includes a compiler (consisting of an interpreter module and an applier module) configured to convert MCSS code to native SDK instructions, as described in further detail below. In this way, by simplifying the coding process, the present invention provides substantial savings in terms of both time and cost with respect to developing new applications and maintaining/updating existing applications.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2022Date of Patent: December 31, 2024Assignee: DO GENIUS ON, LLCInventors: Charles Amashta, Jose Gabriel Llanes Charris

Publication number: 20240233283Abstract: Disclosed is a location tracking system and associated methods for precisely locating a target device with a recipient device via different forms of location tracking and augmented reality. The recipient device receives a first position of the target device over a data network. The recipient device is moved according to the first position until the target device is in Ultra-WideBand (“UWB”) signaling range of the recipient device. The recipient device then measures a distance and direction of the target device relative to the recipient device based on Time-of-Flight (“ToF”) measurements generated from the UWB signaling. The recipient device determines a second position of the target device based on the distance and direction of the target device, and generates an augmented reality view with a visual reference at a particular position in images of a captured scene that corresponds to the second position of the target device.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 7, 2023Publication date: July 11, 2024Applicant: ON LLCInventor: Luis Contreras

Patent number: 11751726Abstract: An improved food preparation system includes a base with a top portion, side portion and bottom portion. Attached to the side portion is an arm assembly, which in one embodiment includes a first and second arm. The base includes a channel, the arm assembly connected thereto and slidable therein. Based on sliding within the channel, the arm assembly is adjustable between a storage position and an open position. The system includes a hinging element connecting the arm assembly to the base and a locking mechanism locking the arm assembly in the extended position. While in the extended position, the dual-arm assembly can transition between an engaged position and a disengaged position. While in the extended position, a bag is held open by the arms of the arm assembly for receiving food scraps. During non-use, the bag is removed, the arm assembly is returned to the closed position.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2021Date of Patent: September 12, 2023Assignee: Prep On LLCInventor: Laura Prepon

Patent number: 11363407Abstract: Disclosed is a secure in-person dating and socializing platform. The platform may perform a check-in of a first user at a particular event based on messaging from a first device of the first user. The first device may receive messages from other devices of other users at the particular event that have previously checked-in to the particular event. Each message may provide a status for a different one of the other users. The first device may determine a location of each of the other devices based on signaling characteristics associated with receiving each message, may determine an area falling within a field-of-view of the first device camera, and may provide an augmented reality presentation of the camera feed with a visual indicator for the status of a second user at a particular location in the field-of-view that maps to the location of a second device of the second user.Type: GrantFiled: October 26, 2020Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: ON LLCInventor: Luis Contreras

Patent number: 11105079Abstract: A toilet having a first-magnet secured to the terminal end of the toilet's flush-arm and a second-magnet secured to the toilet's lid such that when the lid is in its open or up position, the two magnets align preventing the flush-arm from rotating upward to cause the toilet to flush. Conversely, when the lid is down and the two magnets are separated, the flush-arm can be rotated upward causing the toilet to flush. In another example, a magnet-attracting component, such as iron, cobalt or nickel, can be substituted for one of the magnets. A kit for retrofitting an existing toilet is also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2021Date of Patent: August 31, 2021Assignee: Squawk On, LLCInventors: Cooper C. Woodring, Perry J. Saidman

Patent number: 10928506Abstract: A system and method for controlling multiple transponders in an aircraft to prevent the aircraft from becoming invisible to air traffic control. If a first transponder is turned off when the aircraft is airborne, a second transponder will automatically switch on. In some implementations, if the second transponder is turned off, a third transponder will automatically switch on. In one implementation, the third transponder cannot be turned off while the touchdown-relay confirms the aircraft is in the air. When the aircraft has landed, whichever one of the three transponders is on may be turned off. In some implementations the multiple transponders are arranged in a circular daisy chain.Type: GrantFiled: August 31, 2020Date of Patent: February 23, 2021Assignee: Squawk On, LLCInventors: Cooper C Woodring, Bret Joseph Petersen
