Abstract: A method includes inserting a light source into an item of head apparel, such that the light source is substantially contained within a volume of the item of head apparel. An apparatus includes a light source and a head apparel bill. The head apparel bill is configured to receive the light source, such that the light source is substantially contained within a volume of the head apparel bill and a user's vision can be assisted by light emitted from the light source.
