Abstract: A heat exchanger may include a coolant cavity having a coolant flow path configured for fluidly communicating coolant and a hydrogen cavity having a hydrogen flow path configured for fluidly communicating hydrogen. The hydrogen cavity may include a plurality of fins dispersed in-line throughout. The heat exchanger may further include a housing configured for thermally coupling the coolant cavity with the hydrogen cavity, optionally with the thermal coupling providing conductive heat transfer between the coolant and the hydrogen based at least in part on a portion of the heat transfer occurring through the fins.

Abstract: A health service system for caring for the health of a patient. In one example, the health service system operates to present media content in association with a telehealth consultation. The health service system generates a virtual waiting room for display on a patient device, which presents a media content presentation. After the media content presentation has concluded, the health service system facilitates the telehealth consultation between a patient and a care provider. In some configurations the health service system further includes at least one hub care facility. The hub care facility includes a locked door with a scanner that unlocks the locked door upon scanning a time sensitive door unlock code; and a locked medication locker with a scanner that unlocks the locked medication locker upon scanning a medication locker unlock code.

The apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry that receives coded information indicating that a current block in a current picture is coded with a decoder-side intra mode derivation (DIMD) mode. A template of the current block includes reconstructed samples in the current picture and is adjacent to the current block. The template includes one of a left template and a top template. The processing circuitry determines a filter type from a plurality of filter types associated with the one of the left template and the top template, applies the DIMD mode to the template based on the determined filter type to determine one or more intra prediction modes for the current block, and reconstructs the current block according to the one or more intra prediction modes.

RulesEngine(RE) executes rules, combines incoming event data with existing shipment data(SmartPass), obtained from ShipmentRecordDatabase. When transaction event arrives, SmartPassState(SPS) determined, event routed to ANS process specifically for SPS. At ANS, event data combined with SmartPassData and RuleSet processed through RE. After completed, RE results, data values(DV) and action identifiers(AI), become TransactionRequest(TR) for action, routed to MatchedActionService (MAS), authenticated, executed based on data details.

Abstract: A method for an automated speech recognition (ASR) model for unifying streaming and non-streaming speech recognition including receiving a sequence of acoustic frames. The method includes generating, using an audio encoder of an automatic speech recognition (ASR) model, a higher order feature representation for a corresponding acoustic frame in the sequence of acoustic frames. The method further includes generating, using a joint encoder of the ASR model, a probability distribution over possible speech recognition hypothesis at the corresponding time step based on the higher order feature representation generated by the audio encoder at the corresponding time step. The audio encoder comprises a neural network that applies mixture model (MiMo) attention to compute an attention probability distribution function (PDF) using a set of mixture components of softmaxes over a context window.

The first device may capture audio signals in an environment through two or more microphones. The first device may encode the captured audio with spatial configuration data. The first device may transmit the encoded audio via the communication link to the second device. The second device may decode the encoded audio into binaural or ambisonic audio to be output by one or more speakers of the second device. The binaural or ambisonic audio may be converted into spatial audio to be output. The second device may output the binaural or spatial audio to create an immersive listening experience.

Abstract: A command/address sequence associated with a read/write operation for a memory device that utilizes an existing test data bus in a novel way that obviates the need to utilize an I/O bus for the command/address sequence. As such, the command/address sequence can be performed in parallel with the read/write operations, thereby removing a performance bottleneck that would otherwise be caused by the command and address sequencing. The server functions to retrieve network traffic metadata and relevant discrete data associated with individual computer hosts and connections in the monitored network, process the network traffic data by building a graph data structure, and then embedding within the graph data structure one or more layers of additional information about the individual computer hosts and connections derived from the discrete data. At the same time, the external field penetration from the electrodes outside of the main ion guide increases which can be used to create additional DC field gradients to facilitate ion confinement and motion through the ion guide.
