  • Patent number: 12161839
Abstract: An automated medical fluid infusion system for delivering a bio-compatible fluid to a patient. The bio-compatible fluid is contained in a collapsible IV fluid bag having a deliver port connected by a catheter to the patient. The medical fluid infusion system utilizes an inflatable pressure bag adapted for holding the IV bag and communicating via flexible tubing with a source of compressed gas. A pressure venting device is operatively connected to the flexible tubing and resides between the pressure bag and the source of compressed gas. The pressure venting device includes a housing, a movable bleed screw located within the housing, and a chamfered bleed port. The bleed screw has a tapered end configured to selectively engage the housing at the chamfered bleed port, thereby adjustably opening and closing the bleed port to control the flow of compressed gas through the flexible tubing to the pressure bag.

  • Patent number: 12163701
Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to a cryogenic refrigeration system which may use a compression based cryocooler or liquid nitrogen pre-cool to cool a medium to ˜80K, and may in conjunction with a magnetic refrigeration system operating in the sub-80K temperature regime to provide cooling to a medium to temperatures below 80K. In some embodiments, the disclosed system may be useful for cooling on the order of about 3 kg/day to about 300 kg/day of hydrogen gas to liquid form, with higher efficiency than a standard vapor compression based system. This higher efficiency may make the system a more attractive candidate for use in cryogenic cooling applications.

  • Patent number: 12164515
Abstract: One or more servers receive a natural language query from a client device associated with a user. The one or more servers classify the natural language query as a query that seeks information previously accessed by the user. The one or more servers then obtain a response to the natural language query from one or more collections of documents, wherein each document in the one or more collections of documents was previously accessed by the user. The one or more servers generate search results based on the response. Then, the one or more servers communicate the search results to the client device.

  • Patent number: 12164640
Abstract: In various examples there is a computing device comprising: a first microcontroller comprising a first immutable bootloader and first mutable firmware. The first immutable bootloader uses a unique device secret burnt into hardware of the computing device in order to generate an attestation of the first mutable firmware. The computing device has a second microcontroller. There is second mutable firmware at the second microcontroller. There is a second immutable bootloader at the second microcontroller which sends a measurement of the second mutable firmware to the first immutable bootloader whenever the second microcontroller restarts, such that the first microcontroller is able to include the measurement in the attestation.

  • Patent number: 12164893
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for compiling latency insensitive programs for a synchronous processor. One of the methods includes receiving an intermediate representation of a program specifying operations to be performed by a plurality of respective components of a synchronous processor, wherein the intermediate representation assigns, to each operation of the plurality of operations, a respective clock cycle value at which the operation is scheduled to be executed by the synchronous processor. The intermediate representation is processed to generate a respective update window for each operation in the intermediate representation requiring a hardware configuration update, wherein the update window specifies a time range during which a configuration update instruction can be executed to effectuate the hardware configuration update.

  • Patent number: 12163811
Abstract: A receiver coil of an inductive angular position sensor can have circuit features that become smaller than reasonable for high resolution measurement designs. This is especially true when multiple receiver coils are used, such as in a three-phase configuration, and when each of the multiple receiver coils is in a twisted loop configuration. The disclosed inductive angular position sensor utilizes different spatial frequencies for a rotor coil and the receiver coils. For example, the spatial frequency of the receiver coils may be kept smaller than the rotor coil. In this condition, the fundamental frequency of the angular position sensor is shifted to the least common multiple of the spatial frequencies, making the angular resolution of the inductive angular position sensor high, while the circuit features of the receiver coils are maintained at a reasonable size.

  • Patent number: 12165647
Abstract: A computer-implemented method is disclosed. A search query of a text transcription is received. The search query includes a word or words having a specified spelling. A sequence of search phonemes corresponding to the specified spelling is generated. A sequence of transcript phonemes corresponding to the text transcription is generated from the text transcription. A search alignment in which the sequence of search phonemes is aligned to a transcript phoneme fragment is generated. Based at least on the search alignment having a quality score exceeding a quality score threshold, the transcript phoneme fragment and an associated portion of the text transcription is determined to result from an utterance of the specified spelling in an audio session corresponding to the text transcription. A search result indicating that the transcript phoneme fragment and the associated portion of the text transcription is determined to have resulted from the utterance is output.

  • Patent number: 12166536
Abstract: An apparatus and method for predicting the impact of various weather conditions on signal quality in a satellite communication system. A first model is generated for predicting RF signal degradation, and trained with link quality metrics from selected terminals over a first time interval. A second model is generated for predicting RF signal degradation resulting from weather conditions, and trained with both the link quality metrics from the selected terminals and weather conditions over a second predetermined time interval. Real time link quality metrics are analyzed using the trained first model and the trained second model in order to identify changes in current RF signal quality. At least one recommendation is subsequently generated to indicate a cause for changes in the current RF signal quality.

  • Patent number: 12167091
Abstract: This application describes methods, systems, and apparatus for allowing a user to easily determine whether the user and/or other user(s) have viewed content. For example, a program guide may display one or more graphics associated with the content (e.g., a movie poster), and in response to determining whether the user has viewed the content, the program guide may include an indication of whether the user has viewed the content. The program guide may include indications associated with multiple users (e.g., different colors, icons, graphics, or text). The program guide may filter the content based on whether the user has viewed the content (e.g., only display content the user has not viewed). A computing device storing the content may manage recording of the content based on whether the user has viewed the content (e.g., delete the recording if the user has viewed the content). A viewing history of the user may be maintained.
