Abstract: This invention provides a monoclonal antibody that (i) specifically binds to the extracellular portion of human angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (hACE2); (ii) specifically inhibits binding of SARS-CoV-2 to the extracellular portion of hACE2; and (iii) does not significantly inhibit the ability of hACE2 to cleave angiotensin II and/or a synthetic MCA-based peptide. This invention also provides related recombinant AAV vectors, recombinant AAV particles, compositions, prophylactic and therapeutic methods, and kits.

Abstract: Turbines and associated equipment are normally cleaned via water or chemical pressure washing via a mist, spray systems. However, these systems fail to reach deep across the gas path to remove fouling materials. Various embodiments herein pertain to apparatus and methods that utilize the water and exiting chemicals to generate a foam. The foam can be introduced at that gas-path entrance of the equipment, where it contacts the stages and internal surfaces. In one embodiment, the method can include: forming a first foam with a liquid cleaning agent and pressurized gas; flowing the first foam over a member or matrix and increasing the size of the cells of the first foam to form a second foam; and flowing the second foam through a structure such as a mesh or one or more apertured plates and decreasing the size of the cells of the second foam to form a third foam.

Abstract: The disclosure is generally directed to vehicle load balancing systems and methods. An example method executed by a processor includes receiving, from a weight sensor, a first weight measurement of a cargo item placed upon a cargo bed of a vehicle and further includes receiving a second weight measurement from the weight sensor after detecting that the vehicle is in motion. The processor then determines, based on detecting a difference between the first weight measurement and the second weight measurement that the cargo item has shifted from a first spot to a second spot on the cargo bed. The example method can further involve placing the cargo bed in a tilted configuration followed by configuring the vehicle to jerk sporadically while traveling in a first direction that is selected to shift the cargo item back from the second spot to the first spot on the cargo bed.

The RRC message comprises configuration parameters for scheduling a plurality of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) via a downlink control information (DCI). The configuration parameters comprise an indication indicating whether a dynamic determination of a PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs for multiplexing an uplink control information (UCI) is enabled or disabled. The UCI overlaps with a first PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs. In response to the indication indicating that the dynamic determination is enabled, the base station receives, from the wireless device, the UCI via a second PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs.

Abstract: A current thread pattern is identified. For example, a thread pattern of a running software application is identified. Current resource information associated with the current thread pattern is identified. For example, the current resource information may include disk usage, packets sent, ports used, accounts created, etc. The current thread pattern and the current resource information associated with the current thread pattern are compared to an existing malicious thread pattern associated with a type of malware and existing malicious resource information associated with the existing thread pattern. A determination is made if the comparison meets a threshold. For example, if the current thread pattern is 90% similar to the existing malicious thread pattern and the current resource information is within 75% of the existing malicious resource information, the threshold is met. In response to the comparison meeting the threshold, an action is taken to mitigate the type of malware.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing URL embeddings for aligning parallel documents that are corresponding web pages in at least two different languages. A computing system uses a pre-trained model of an AI system to calculate URL embeddings for each URL among a plurality of URLs. The system identifies, based on closeness of the points represented by the URL embeddings, a set of candidate parallel URLs by analyzing the URL embeddings for the plurality of URLs or for a second plurality of URLs that has been partitioned into a cluster, using a clustering algorithm. A set of parallel URLs, associated with the parallel documents, is selected from the identified set of candidate parallel URLs. Document text and/or parallel sentences are extracted from web documents associated with the set of parallel URLs to train a machine translation model for translating between two or more languages.

Abstract: A polymer composition for coating wooden pallet is provided. The polymer composition includes a mixture of at least one of polyurea, polyurethane, silicon elastomer, and combination thereof in a predefined ratio. The polymer composition imparts desired properties such as high impact and abrasion resistance, elongation strength, and anti-static property along with flexural strength to the wooden pallet. The present invention also provides the process for coating the polymer composition onto the wooden pallet. The matrix coating process provides much stronger bonding due to overlap of coating of the polymer composition on the sides of the wooden pallet and reduces the wastage of the polymer composition during the coating of the wooden pallet. The present invention also provides the wooden pallet coated with the polymer composition. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining a root cause of an incident that occurred in a 5G/6G multi-access edge computing and core network system. In particular, the disclosed technology is directed to using a pre-trained generative model to determine the root cause for an incident as recorded in event data of a system log. The present disclosure generates a prompt for the generative model to determine the root cause for an incident as recorded in the system log. The prompt comprises a combination including event data from a system log, function hierarchy graph data, and function information as grounding information in a prefix of the prompt. The prompt further includes a question that requests determining a root cause of an incident as recorded in the event data. An answer as generated by the pre-trained generative model indicates of the root cause and a function call associated with the incident.

For example, paint applicator that allows a user to load a desired amount of paint, such as a water based other low VOC paint, into the paint applicator and an advancement mechanism that dispenses paint at a rate controllable by the user is disclosed. The advancement mechanism can include system that translates a rotational force applied to an end cap of the applicator into a linear that advances a piston which in turn applies paint to an applicator portion. The paint may be reusable or may include a ratchet system that allows for only one time use. methodology and kit can incorporate a syringe for loading paint into the paint applicator, reducing the loss of paint through spilling.
