  • Patent number: 10729392
Abstract: An X-ray detector according to one embodiment includes X-ray detector modules, and a frame. Each X-ray detector module has a detection surface on which detection elements configured to detect X-rays are arrayed, and a supporter configured to support the detection elements. The frame fixes positions of the X-ray detector modules in such a manner that the detection surfaces of the X-ray detector modules are aligned along a first direction. The frame is provided with a pin protruding toward the supporter, at a position to which the supporter is fixed. The supporter is provided with a hole through which and into which the pin is inserted and fitted, at a position facing the frame. A movement of the supporter in the first direction is restricted by fitting the pin provided to the frame into the hole provided to the supporter, when the supporter is attached to the frame.

  • Patent number: 10731594
Abstract: Provided is a control device of a fuel injection device which can stabilize a behavior of a valve even when a voltage of a voltage source varies, and can reduce a deviation of an injection amount. The fuel injection device includes a valve and a coil which generates a magnetic attraction force to attract a movable element which drives the valve. A control device applies a predetermined voltage to the coil on the basis of an injection pulse, causes a drive current to flow to the coil until the drive current reaches a maximum current, drives the valve by attracting the movable element, and injects fuel. The drive current flowing to the coil is lowered from the maximum current before the valve reaches a desired maximum lift position, and a constant voltage lower than a predetermined voltage or 0 V is continuously applied to the coil until the valve reaches the desired maximum lift position.

  • Patent number: 10730541
Abstract: A navigation system uses a dead reckoning method to estimate an object's present position relative to one or more prior positions. In some embodiments, the dead reckoning method determines a change in position from the object's heading and speed during an elapsed time interval. In embodiments suitable for use with wheeled objects, the dead reckoning method determines the change in position by measuring the heading and the amount of wheel rotation. Some or all of the components of the navigation system may be disposed within a wheel, such as a wheel of a shopping cart.

  • Patent number: 10731543
Abstract: A method of determining whether a block heater has been used prior to starting an internal combustion engine includes monitoring the temperature with time of the intake air subsequent to the start of the engine. The method also includes determining whether there is a subsequent drop in the temperature after starting. If a temperature drop is determined, a parameter of the temperature drop with time is determined. If the parameter becomes larger than a predetermined threshold, block heater use is indicated.

  • Patent number: 10729407
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to one embodiment includes correlation matrix calculating circuitry, calculating circuitry, image generating circuitry, and controlling circuitry. The correlation matrix calculating circuitry calculates a correlation matrix of a scanned region consisting of a plurality of scan lines, from a data array of pieces of reflection wave data collected from the same position by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves in the scanned region across a plurality of frames. The calculating circuitry calculates a filter coefficient for suppressing a clutter generated by a tissue, by performing principal component analysis using the correlation matrix, and by performing a matrix operation of approximating a clutter component as a principal component and of suppressing the clutter component. The image generating circuitry generates ultrasound image data from blood flow information estimated using the filter coefficient.
