  • Patent number: 11623396
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a tensioning system for use in a stereolithography manufacturing application. The system may have a build plate for supporting a three dimensional part being formed using a photo responsive resin, a base plate and a release element extending over the base plate. The release element is configured to receive a quantity of photo responsive resin for forming a new material layer of the three dimensional part. A pair of tensioning components are secured to opposite ends of the release element, and apply a controlled tension force to the release element during peeling of the release element to reduce a separation force required to separate the release element from the new material layer after the new material layer is cured.

Abstract: Methods and reactors for electrochemically expanding a parent material and expanded parent materials are described. Current methods of expanding parent materials incompletely-expand parent material, requiring expensive and time-consuming separation of expanded parent material from unexpanded parent materials. This problem is addressed by the methods and reactor for electrochemically expanding a parent material described herein, which during operation maintain electrical connectivity between the parent material and an electrical power source. The resulting materials described herein have a greater proportion of expanded parent material relative to unexpanded parent material compared to those made according to others methods.

  • Patent number: 11623591
Abstract: A system detects tampering of an electronic system of a vehicle operated by a driver. The system receives historical occurrences of at least one diagnostic trouble code (DTC) generated by the onboard vehicle computing system based on sensor data received from a vehicle sensor during a trip. The system identifies a length of the trip and a speed of the vehicle when each DTC was generated. The system identifies a distance the vehicle had traveled when each DTC was generated. The system determines a subsequent trip was started, whether a driver operating the vehicle on the subsequent trip is a same driver or a new driver, whether DTCs were generated during the trip, and whether DTCs were generated during the subsequent trip. The system determines a tamper rating for the driver that indicates a likelihood that the driver has tampered with the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11625479
Abstract: A data cache memory mitigates side channel attacks in a processor that comprises the data cache memory and that includes a translation context (TC). A first input receives a virtual memory address. A second input receives the TC. Control logic, with each allocation of an entry of the data cache memory, uses the received virtual memory address and the received TC to perform the allocation of the entry. The control logic also, with each access of the data cache memory, uses the received virtual memory address and the received TC in a correct determination of whether the access hits in the data cache memory. The TC includes a virtual machine identifier (VMID), or a privilege mode (PM) or a translation regime (TR), or both the VMID and the PM or the TR.
