Abstract: Systems and methods using machine learning for classifying images as being sufficient for medical diagnosis. An example of the method includes: receiving a dataset comprising a plurality of medical images; receiving, from a first single source, a respective label for each one of the plurality of medical images, the respective label being a positive response versus a negative response; dividing each one of the plurality of medical images into a plurality of medical image segments; associating each one of the plurality of medical image segments with an image segment label based on the respective label for the respective medical image being divided; and training a machine learning model using: the plurality of medical images, the respective label for each one of the plurality of medical images, the plurality of medical image segments, and the respective image segment label of each one of the plurality of medical image segments.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method to assemble castings for use in a press brake. A modular press brake is also provided, the modular press brake having a socket connection between the base rail and the bending rail. The press brake is also comprised of a measuring tool having a magnet to engage and disengage from the press brake. An extension allows for cutters to travel from the press brake onto the extension and better cut or bend wider sheet metal. The press brake may be comprised of a stopper pivotable about an axis to quickly prevent or allow the passage of sheet metal in the press brake. The modular press brake is comprised of rails, extruded and fitted into one another. Adjacent rails can be secured to one another by means of fasteners, such that the press brake can be of any length as desired.

Abstract: A beverage dispenser is for dispensing a consumable beverage. A processing line having a fluid path with an input end is fluidly connectable to a source container of liquid for receiving liquid from the container via a driving force, and for processing the liquid into the consumable beverage to be dispensed. A Venturi injector is provided along a fluid segment of the fluid path of the processing line, the Venturi injector being configured for selectively and adjustably injecting gas bubbles into the consumable beverage to alter at least one resulting parameter of the consumable beverage to be dispensed. The beverage dispenser also includes a tap fluidly connectable to an output end of the fluid path of the processing line for receiving the consumable beverage with at least one resulting parameter having been altered, and for selectively dispensing the consumable beverage via an activation of the tap.
Abstract: A fuel pump hanger assembly configured to fit two fuel pumps into the small opening of a fuel tank, even if the diameter of both fuel pumps combined is larger than the opening of the fuel tank. The fuel pumps may be inserted into the fuel tank one at a time, then assembled together through the small opening of the fuel tank. The parts self-locate inside the fuel tank and the assembly held together with bolts. This self-locating feature facilitates the assembly of all parts inside the small opening of the fuel tank. The hanger holds two common fuel pumps and comes with fittings for interfacing to the car's fuel and vapor lines.
Abstract: A mobile automotive spray booth having a collapsible enclosure and a fire suppression system. The fire suppression system includes a control unit, a fire detection cable or cable assembly in communication with the control unit, and a fire extinguisher assembly in communication with the control unit. The fire detection cable or cable assembly extends across at least a portion of the collapsible enclosure, and is configured to detect a fire within the collapsible enclosure. The control unit is configured to activate the fire extinguisher assembly to extinguish the fire upon detection of the fire by the fire detection cable or cable assembly. The fire detection cable or cable assembly is configured to bend to allow the collapsible enclosure to collapse from an expanded configuration to a collapsed configuration without removal or disassembly of the fire detection cable or cable assembly.
Abstract: A method for configuring a touch sensor system is provided. The method may be performed automatically by a controller of the system. The system comprises a touch panel operatively coupled to the controller, where the touch panel comprises a plurality of transmit electrodes and a plurality of receive electrodes. The method comprises selectively and individually driving, by the controller, at least one of the transmit electrodes. For each driven transmit electrode, signal outputs from one or more of the receive electrodes are received while the transmit electrode is driven. One or more characteristics of the touch panel is determined as a function of the signal outputs from the receive electrodes. At least one operation setting of the controller is configured based on the one or more characteristics. The one or more characteristics of the touch panel may include a number of transmit electrodes and a number of receive electrodes.

Abstract: An actuator system for moving a plurality of pulley segments of a segmented pulley between an engaged region and a disengaged region is provided. The actuator system comprises: a deflector configured to rotate at least between a first position and a second position; and a plurality of followers, each of the followers comprising a protrusion configured to engage the deflector to move the respective one of the pulley segments between the engaged region and the disengaged region, wherein the deflector is configured to move between the first position and the second position to selectively engage the plurality of followers and direct each of the followers between an engaged position and a disengaged position, to move the plurality of pulley segments between the engaged region and the disengaged region. A segmented pulley transmission comprising the actuator system is further provided.

Abstract: A system for electrically connecting first and second load wires and first and second source wires. The system includes a lock body defining a receptacle inside the lock body. The system also includes first and second contact elements for electrically connecting the load wires and the source wires. The load wires are connectable to the first and second contact elements at first and second load ends thereof. The system includes one or more slider bodies slidably received in the receptacle, and the contact elements are partially mounted in the slider bodies. The system includes one or more pinch levers mounted to the lock body and movable from an inactive position to a locked position. When the pinch lever is moved to its locked position, the slider body is moved in the receptacle relative to the lock body, and the contact elements engage the source wires for electrical connection therewith.
Abstract: A segmented pulley defining an outer peripheral surface for engaging an endless member of a segmented pulley transmission is provided. The segmented pulley comprises: a plurality of pulley segments configured to be sequentially movable between an engaged region and a disengaged region to transition the endless member between the segmented pulley and a concentric pulley in the segmented pulley transmission, each of the pulley segments having a body defining a portion of the outer peripheral surface. The plurality of pulley segments includes a transition segment having an integrated support extending from the body of the transition segment, the integrated support being configured to support the endless member when transitioning the endless member between the segmented pulley and the adjacent pulley in the segmented pulley transmission. A segmented pulley transmission comprising the segmented pulley is further provided.

Abstract: A folding chair is described. It includes a double-wall single mold chair seat, a double-walled chair back, and a hinge that joins the seat and the back. As a result, the seat and the back can open and close relative to each other. A method for use includes detaching the folding chair from a support frame and folding the chair back against the seat to form a flat folded configuration.
