Abstract: Systems and methods for a authenticating a user on an alien electronic device is described. The system may include a first device associated with a first user and a second device associated with a second user. The first device may include a non-transitory memory and one or more hardware processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to read instructions from the non-transitory memory to cause the first device to perform operations that include receiving from the second user, an identification data of the second user, determining that the identification data of the second user does not correspond to the first device, searching for the second device associated with the identification data of the second user, receiving an indication from the second device confirming that the identification data of the second user is associated with the second device, and initiating data communication between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for electronic authentication. A modified electronic image is generated by altering at least a pixel of an electronic image. The electronic image is an image that has been previously viewed by a user during a setup process. In response to receiving an authentication request from the user, the modified electronic image is displayed to the user via an electronic display along with one or more other electronic images. A determination is made as to whether the user is able to recognize the modified electronic image. In response to determination that the user is able to recognize the modified electronic image, the authenticating request is granted.

Abstract: A system is configured to perform operations that include receiving first device information corresponding to a consumer device of a _Sonsumer, where the first device information is collected by a merchant application of a merchant in response to a payment transaction request being initiated between the consumer and the merchant. The operations further include determining that the first device information fails to satisfy a risk analysis threshold for performing a risk analysis process and in response, transmitting a push communication to the consumer device. The push communication includes instructions that cause the consumer device to automatically transmit, to the system, second device information corresponding to the consumer device. Additionally, the operations include based on the second device information, executing the risk analysis process with respect to the payment transaction request.

Abstract: In response to detecting that a first selectable element on a webpage or application page of a merchant has been accessed by a user, a computer system stores a visual representation of an item that corresponds to the first selectable element in a first space of the user. In response to detecting a selection of a second selectable element from within the first space, the computer system determines a threshold number of users to associate with the visual representation and creates a post in a network feed that includes the visual representation, wherein a third selectable element is associated with the post, that when selected, causes a user to join or vote for the first visual representation. In response to determining that a number of users that have selected the third selectable element meets the threshold number of users, the computer system initiates a group purchase for the item.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for testing software applications in a production-like environment that simulates real-world failures of production environments. A production environment has production applications and databases configured to process user requests from users for conducting transactions with a service provider. A testing system provides an intermediate interface that enables a software application operating in the test environment to access at least one of a production application or a production database. The intermediate interface can be configured based on different failure configurations to simulate production component failures in the production environment. Failure injection and randomized failure modes can be employed, including for network-related failures (latency, dropped packets, connections, etc.) that might occur in the production environment.

Abstract: A method and system for effecting changes on a mobile device. The method includes determining a physical location of a point of interest. The method includes automatically generating a geofence proximate to the point of interest based on the determined physical location of the point of interest. The method includes detecting when the mobile device enters the geofence. The method includes tracking a current velocity of a mobile device. The method also includes effecting a change on the mobile device based on the current velocity of the mobile device within the geofence.

The computer system determines a plurality of individual similarity scores for the first set of values by utilizing a similarity function. The first information enables an action to be performed by the second application based on the first information.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve, a customizable system and infrastructure which can receive privacy data from varying data sources for privacy scanning, containment, and reporting. In one embodiment, data received is scanned for privacy data extraction using various data connectors and decryption techniques. In another embodiment, the data extracted is transferred to a privacy scanning container where the data is analyzed by various deep learning models for the correct classification of the data. In some instances, the data extracted may be unstructured data deriving form emails, case memos, surveys, social media posts, and the like. Once the data is classified, the data may be stored or contained according to the classification of the data. Still in another embodiment, the classified data may be retrieved by an analytics container for use in reporting.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to determining phonetic similarity using machine learning. The techniques include accessing training data that includes a first set of words of a native language and a second set of words corresponding to verified transliterations of the first set of words from the native language to a target language. Further, they include generating a set of new transliterations of the first set of words from the native language to the target language and storing comparison information based on a comparison between words from the second set of words and word from the set of new transliterations of the first set of words. Finally, a similarity score is determined between a first word of the target language and a second word of the target language based on the comparison information.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for risk analysis for fraud detection for electronic transaction processing flows. An entity, such as a user, business, or other personal or commercial entity, may interact with another entity in order to engage in a transaction, for example, a purchase, transfer, or other transaction process. The first entity may utilize a service provider to engage in transaction processing, which may provide multiple flows that govern the features provided to the entities. Such features may include fees required for transaction processing. In order to ensure that the entities do not fraudulently choose a flow type that decreases or cancels fees due, or does not provide certain protections to other parties, a risk analysis of the transaction and the account may be executed based on accessible historical data and identifiers. Thus, the entities may automatically be entered to one flow over another based on the risk analysis.

Abstract: A method for processing disputes in a multi-tenant architecture system includes receiving, at a first service provider, a dispute request from a second service provider that manages entity identities of a plurality of customers. The dispute request indicates a disputed transaction between a customer of the plurality of customers and another entity. The method includes accessing an identity manager to determine a customer representation, the identity manager previously onboarded the plurality of customers as a plurality of customer representations. The identity manager is hosted by the first service provider that manages customer representations corresponding to entity identities of the customers. The dispute request is propagated with the customer representation to a dispute management engine that determines an outcome for the dispute, the determination based on characteristics of the disputed transaction and on characteristics of the customer.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided. The method may include generating a state model for an application including a plurality of modeled stack traces generated via execution of a plurality of characterization scenarios of the application. The method may also include comparing each static data point in at least one stack trace generated during execution of the application to one or more modeled stack traces of the plurality of modeled stack traces of the state model. In addition, the method may include detecting, based on the comparison, at least one inconsistent event in the at least one stack trace generated during executing of the application. The method may further include performing at least one remedial action in response to detection of the at least one inconsistent event.

Abstract: There is provided systems and methods for intelligent adjustment of shipping data based on past cubing tendencies. A user may access a service provider to request generation of shipping labels for one or more future packages to be shipped. The user may provide shipping data required to generate the labels, including a value for each label that is used to purchase shipping services using the label when the label is affixed or associated with a package. The provider may review past shipping data for the user and/or similar packages, and may determine whether the entered shipping data accurately estimates the user's shipping needs. If the past shipping data indicates that the user may require different shipping needs, such as additional value, the provider may adjust the value. Any over or under charge may then be refunded to the user on actual shipping of the package.
