  • Patent number: 10865575
Abstract: A bracket scaffold for arrangement on a curved surface of a structure includes a first securing element arranged on the structure. The bracket scaffold has an end-side first coupling element which is, in particular in a limited manner, pivotably arranged on a first carrier of the bracket scaffold. A rotation axis of the first coupling element preferably intersects with the support location of the first coupling element on the first securing element. The pivot radius of the first coupling element describes in particular a concave pivot arc on the first carrier. The rotation axis is located from the first guide preferably in the direction of the free end of the first coupling element. Extension torques in the articulation, which is formed by the first guide, are minimized by the bracket scaffold being pulled away from the structure.

  • Patent number: 10787826
Abstract: A support head and a ceiling support. The support head in particular has a plate-shaped design and has multiple guide tabs. The guide tabs are arranged or provided in such a way that a formwork element is secured on the support head so as to prevent shifting, preferably at various positions. The support head has widely opened first guide tabs that are situated opposite from less widely opened guide tabs. This asymmetry of the support head allows the support head to be situated close to a wall corner, while at the same time the formwork element can be easily fastened.

  • Patent number: 10465398
Abstract: A climbing device is proposed having at least one climbing rail (14) for adjusting and/or climbing a scaffolding and/or a formwork and/or a platform, at least one climbing shoe (15, 16) being arranged on the climbing rail (14), at least one hydraulic cylinder (2) comprising at least one drive piston (10), arranged in a cylinder housing (12), and having a hydraulic fluid being provided for raising the climbing shoe (15, 16) and/or the climbing rail (14) and/or the scaffolding and/or the formwork and/or the platform, which at least partially avoids or at least reduces the disadvantages of the prior art. • Patent number: 10407926
Abstract: A sealing plug has an elastic sleeve of thimble-like basic shape. A wound-up band of the sealing plug is inserted in the sleeve. The number of windings or turns of the band can be reduced by rotating the inner end of the band, wherein the outside diameter of the band, and hence the outside diameter of the elastic sleeve, widens. The band can be inserted in pretensioned state into the sleeve and can slacken after insertion into an anchor hole. The band can be expanded in the anchor hole beyond the slackened state of the band. The sealing plug further has a latching mechanism, which prevents back-rotation of the expanded sleeve. The sealing plug enables a radial expansion, and hence a sealing of anchor holes of different diameter, without shortening of the axial sealing surface of the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 10190326
Abstract: A facade scaffold includes an inner pole, an outer pole and a scaffold cross-bar between the inner and outer poles. A hollow pole portion of the inner pole has a first receiving through-aperture for a coupling for the attachment of a scaffold holder. A maximum distance between the first receiving through-aperture and a top side of the scaffold cross-bar is no more than 300 mm. The first receiving through-aperture is arranged below the top side of the scaffold cross-bar, or is realized above the top side of the scaffold cross-bar as a first elongated hole. The longitudinal axis of the first elongated hole is aligned parallel to the pole longitudinal axis of the hollow pole portion. The invention simplifies and accelerates the operation of assembling a scaffold holder on a scaffold and for a two-pole scaffold holder allows a passage height under the scaffold holder to be increased.

  • Patent number: 10077567
Abstract: A method and a device for producing an outer pipe of a telescope-like support, for reasons of weight and stability, is produced from a standardized zinc-coated steel pipe having a large outer diameter and a small wall thickness. Also included is the telescope-like support and the outer pipe which is contained therein. A pipe portion of the outer pipe is expanded in the method with a punch and subsequently tapered to the original outer diameter again with a ring. A reinforcement of the pipe portion and a calibration of the outer diameter of the pipe portion are thereby achieved. An outer thread can be rolled on the pipe portion.

  • Patent number: 9926711
Abstract: A G-hook for the mutual releasable connection of two prop portions of a telescopic construction prop has a pin and a hoop. The pin and the hoop are different, separate parts which are rotationally rigidly connected to one another, meaning the pin cannot rotate relative to the hoop because they are rigidly fixed to one another. The pin has a force introduction portion with a surface which is curved regionally and a force removal portion which is diametrically opposite the force introduction portion and whose surface is formed substantially planar.

  • Patent number: 9920541
Abstract: A scaffolding pipe of a structural scaffolding system extends from a first axial pipe end to an opposing second axial pipe end. A receiving portion is provided on the first axial pipe end and an insertion portion is provided on the second axial pipe end. The insertion portion has a reduced cross-section compared with the receiving portion and terminates with a radial shoulder which forms a support face. The receiving portion inner diameter is greater than the insertion portion outer diameter. The receiving portion at the first axial pipe end has one positioning groove which is interrupted or continuous in a peripheral direction which reduces the inner diameter of the receiving portion and which defines the minimum inner diameter of the receiving portion. A pipe wall of the scaffolding pipe has at the first axial pipe end a maximum wall thickness greater than the otherwise smaller wall thickness.
