Abstract: An underwear garment comprises a front portion and a rear portion which form a pair of boxer shorts, and an underpants portion within the underwear garment. The underpants portion substantially extends at the front portion of the boxer shorts and is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at at least one portion of the upper edge of the front portion of the boxer shorts and at a further portion in the rear thereof, which is arranged between the crotch of the boxer shorts and the upper edge of the rear portion of the boxer shorts. The underpants portion comprises two free sides that are interconnected by containment elastic elements.
