Abstract: Provided is a plated steel sheet for hot press forming, having an excellent impact property, including: a base steel sheet comprising, by wt %, 0.15-0.4% of C, 0.05-1.0% of Si, 0.6-3.0% of Mn, 0.001-0.05% of P, 0.0001-0.02% of S, 0.01-0.1% of Al, 0.001-0.02% of N, 0.001-0.01% of B, 0.01-0.5% of Cr, 0.01-0.05% of Ti, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; and an Al—Si plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet. A thickness of a carbon-depleted layer in a surface layer part of the base steel sheet is 5 ?m or less. The surface layer part means a region from the surface of the base steel sheet to a depth of 200 ?m, and the carbon-depleted layer means a region which the carbon content is 50% or less of an average carbon amount (C0) of the base steel sheet.

Abstract: Provided is a zinc-based plated steel sheet having a post-treated coating filmed thereon including: a steel sheet; a zinc plated layer formed on the steel sheet; and a post-treated coating formed on the plated layer, wherein the atomic ratio (O/M) of oxygen (O) to metals (M) contained in the post-treated coating is greater than 2 and less than 20, and a method for post-treating a zinc-based plated steel sheet. According to this, the zinc-based plated steel sheet having the post-treated coating formed thereon has the effects excellent in lubricity, weldability, adhesiveness, film-removing property and paintability. As the method of post-treating a zinc-based plated steel sheet of the present invention employs a simple coating method irrespective of the kind of plating layer, the process is simple and economical and the process operation cost is low.

Abstract: Provided is a dephosphorizing flux configured to adjust a phosphorous component contained in molten steel, the dephosphorizing flux includes a main material including BaCO3 and a supplementary material, wherein the supplementary material includes a first material containing either of NaHCO3 or Na2CO3 and a second material containing CaF2. Thus, in accordance with a dephosphorizing flux and a method for preparing the same of the present disclosure, the plugging of a lower blowing nozzle that blows a carrier gas during dephosphorization may be prevented while improving a dephosphorization ratio. In addition, since environment polluting substances are not used as in conventional arts, environment pollution risk may be reduced, and the cost burden due to the facility for pollution prevention and harmful substance management may be alleviated.

Abstract: The invention relates to a steel sheet for tool, and method for manufacturing thereof.
