Abstract: Provided is a molten material treatment apparatus including: a container having an upper portion, on which a molten material injection part is disposed, and a bottom part in which a hole is formed; a gas injection part attached to the bottom part between the molten material injection part and the hole; a chamber part formed on the upper portion of the container so as to face the gas injection part and having an inside open downward; and a plurality of vertical members disposed so as to cross a plurality of positions of a rotary flow region formed between the chamber part and the bottom part, wherein an inclusion removal efficiency can be improved while maintaining the molten material surface by a method in which a plurality of mutually different rotary flows are generated in a plurality of sections within the rotary flow region and are partially overlapped.

Abstract: Provided is an ultra-high strength steel plate for automobiles and, more specifically, to an ultra-high strength steel plate having high formability and hole expandability, and a method for manufacturing the ultra-high strength steel plate. Abstract: Provided are a single layer zinc alloy plated steel material and a fabrication method therefor, the single layer zinc alloy plated steel material comprising a base iron and a zinc alloy plating layer formed on the base iron, wherein the zinc alloy plating layer contains 13-24 wt % of Mg, and the adhesion amount of the zinc alloy plating layer is at most 40 g/m2 (excluding 0 g/m2).

Abstract: Provided is a hot rolled steel sheet having excellent strength and elongation. Abstract: According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a magnesium alloy plate includes: (a) solution-treating a magnesium casting material containing 0.5 to 10 wt % of zinc (Zn), 1 to 15 wt % of aluminum (Al), and a balance of magnesium (Mg) and inevitable impurities at 300 to 500° C. for 1 to 48 hours; (b) pre-heating the solution-treated magnesium casting material at 300 to 500° C.; and (c) of rolling the pre-heated magnesium casting material together with a constraint member selected by following Relational Expression 1 to satisfy Relational Expressions 2 and 3; and (d) solution-treating a thus-rolled magnesium alloy plate at 300 to 500° C. for 0.5 to 5 hours.
