Abstract: The present invention relates to a double metal cyanide catalyst comprising a polyether compound, a metal salt, a metal cyanide salt, and an organic complexing agent having an acetate group or a tartrate group; a preparation method therefor; and a method for preparing a polycarbonate polyether polyol by copolymerizing carbon dioxide and an epoxy compound in the presence of the catalyst. According to the present invention, the double metal cyanide catalyst has excellent in catalytic activity and has a short catalytic activity induction time, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the process for preparing the catalyst of the present invention is eco-friendly and simple in process, since an amount of the organic complexing agent to be used is small, and has a simple process.

Abstract: Provided is a high-strength steel plate for a pressure vessel having excellent low temperature toughness after a post weld heat treatment (PWHT). The high-strength steel plate for a pressure vessel includes: by wt %, 0.02-0.15% of carbon (C), 0.05-0.50% of silicon (Si), 1.0-2.0% of manganese (Mn), 0.005-0.1% of aluminum (Al), 0.015% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.0015% or less of sulfur (S), 0.01-0.03% of niobium (Nb), 0.01-0.03% of vanadium (V), 0.01-0.03% of titanium (Ti), 0.005% or less of chromium (Cr), 0.005% or less of molybdenum (Mo), 0.02-0.50% of copper (Cu), 0.05-0.60% of nickel (Ni), 0.0002-0.0010% of boron (B), 0.0035-0.0065% of nitrogen (N), and a balance of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities. A microstructure of the high-strength steel plate includes a complex structure of ferrite having an area fraction of 35-40% and a balance of bainite, and the bainite has a packet size of 15 ?m or less.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing core-shell particles comprises: filling a buffer into a rotor, which is extended in a longitudinal direction, and is accommodated so as to be spaced apart from an inner wall side of a non-rotational hollow cylinder extended in a longitudinal direction and then discharging air to outside; rotating the rotor after terminating the filling; forming a core-shell precursor by supplying raw materials from a first storage and a second storage, which comprise a material forming a core, into an interior of the cylinder in which the rotor rotates; supplying a shell material for coating the core to the interior of the cylinder in which a core-type precursor is formed; separating a liquid comprising core-shell particles formed through the supplying into a solid and a liquid; and drying the core-shell particles obtained through the separating.

In the supplying the dried ores to the at least one reduction reactor, the dried ores are supplied to the at least one reduction reactor by using the ore feeding gas.

Abstract: According to the present invention, a noncovalent bond-modified carbon structure has advantages of: enabling the control of properties by controlling intervals between carbon structures according to the size and structure of a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, which is inserted and adsorbed between the carbon structures; and enabling uniform dispersion in a polymer matrix without a change in intrinsic properties. In addition, a carbon structure/polymer composite comprising the modified carbon structure and a polymer matrix is simply manufactured and readily layered due to excellent orientation when forming a cured coating film, and thus can be useful for manufacturing a steel sheet having remarkable heat radiation, surface polarity, electrical properties and the like.
