Abstract: Provided is a high-strength cold rolled steel sheet having high shear processability, including, by wt %, C: 0.05% to 0.10%, Si: 0.01% to 0.5%, Mn: 1.2% to 2.0%, Al: 0.01% to 0.1%, Cr: 0.005% to 0.3%, B: 0.0003% to 0.0010%, Mo: 0.005% to 0.2%, P: 0.001% to 0.05%, S: 0.001% to 0.01%, N: 0.001% to 0.01%, Nb: 0.005% to 0.08%, Ti: 0.005% to 0.13%, V: 0.005% to 0.2%, and a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The high-strength cold rolled steel sheet satisfies Formulas 1 and 2 below, and the high-strength cold rolled steel sheet includes at least one of carbides, nitrides, and carbonitrides. Formula 1: 2.0?[Mn]+2.5[Mo]+1.5[Cr]+300[B]?2.5, Formula 2: 0.2?([Nb]/93+[Ti]/48+[V]/51)/([C]/12+[N]/14)?0.5 (in Formulas 1 and 2, each element symbol refers to a weight percent (wt %) of a corresponding element).
Abstract: Provided is a lean duplex stainless steel used in industrial facilities including fresh water, pulp and paper making, chemical and construction facilities. The lean duplex stainless steel comprises, in weight percentage (%), C: over 0 to 0.06 or less, Si: over 0 to 1.5% or less, Mn: over 0 to 2% or less, Cr: 19 to 23%, Ni: 1.8 to 3.5%, Mo: 0.5 to 1.0%, Cu: 0.3 to 1.0%, N: 0.16 to 0.30%, Al: 0.003 to 0.05%, B: 0.001 to 0.005% and Ca: 0.001 to 0.01%. In the stainless steel, the content of O of the stainless steel is 0.01% or less. The stainless steel comprises Fe and other unavoidable impurities as remnants.

The steel wire rod having excellent low temperature impact toughness according to an embodiment of the present invention contains, by weight %, carbon (C): 0.40-0.90%, silicon (Si): 0.5-1.0%, manganese (Mn): 11-25%, copper (Cu): 1.0-3.0%, phosphorus (P): 0.020% or less, sulfur (S): 0.020% or less, aluminum (Al): 0.010-0.050%, nitrogen (N): 0.0010-0.0050%, and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel wire rod has a microstructure which contains an austenite phase having an area fraction of 95% or more, and a volume fraction of a deformation twin formed in an austenite grain is 1-8%. Therefore, it is possible to provide a steel wire rod having excellent low temperature impact toughness used in industrial machines or automobile parts, etc.
Abstract: Discloses is a turbine power generation system having an emergency operation means and an emergency operation method therefor that are capable of controlling excess heat accumulated during emergency operation, and recycling the accumulated heat. A turbine power generation system includes: an inlet sensor part including a thermometer, a pressure gauge, and a flowmeter that are installed between the heater and the inlet valve and; an emergency discharge part including a branch pipe connected to the steam, and a heat control means installed on the branch pipe. Accordingly, the system and the method are capable of reducing a heat overload during an emergency operation by transferring a heat amount exchanged in the heat storage device to the heat consuming facility, minimizing thermal consumption by recycling the same, and preventing various problems caused by stopping an operation of the turbine power generation system.

Abstract: There are provided a steel sheet for resistance to composite corrosion from sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, having excellent wear resistance and surface quality, and a method of manufacturing the same. The steel sheet having excellent surface qualities may be provided by improving resistance to erosion occurring due to coal cinders to increase a lifespan thereof and securing excellent resistance to composite corrosion from sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Wear resistance may be significantly increased by adding P, and in order to solve a problem in that wear resistance is deteriorated due to the addition of P, a component system and a hot rolling process condition may be controlled, thereby forming a corrosion resistant layer having excellent corrosion resistance.

Abstract: Provided are a heating apparatus configured to generate a coating vapor for coating a base metal (steel sheet) which is continuously transferred in a vacuum state, and a coating device including the heating apparatus. A coating material to be converted into a coating vapor is initially supplied in a solid phase (solid state) and then phase changed into a liquid (liquid state). Thereafter, the liquid-state coating material is supplied to a heating unit, thereby preventing problems such as equipment erosion occurring when a liquid coating material is directly supplied and preventing the decrease of the temperature of a coating material when a solid wire is supplied as a coating material. As a result, the energy efficiency of the heating apparatus may be maximized.
