Abstract: An organization system is used to store bagged food products in a temperature controlled environment. The organization system includes opposed side walls. A dispensing ramp is arranged at an angle between the opposed side walls. A front wall extends between the opposed side walls. A space between the front wall and the dispensing ramp define a dispenser opening. A divider wall extends between the opposed side walls. The divider wall extends in an elongated dimension with a lower end spaced apart from the dispenser ramp by a predetermined distance.
Abstract: Systems and methods of kitchen communication include a restaurant internet of things (IOT) system. The IOT system communicatively connects to a plurality of pieces of food treatment equipment in a kitchen. A digital reality (DR) server is operable to store or access stored graphical user interface (GUI) data for each piece of food treatment equipment. A DR headset is in communicative connection with the DR server. The DR headset is operable to project the GUI for each of the plurality of pieces of food treatment equipment in a manner for viewing by a user of the DR headset at a location relative to each of the pieces of food treatment equipment.

Abstract: A method for producing electrolytic manganese dioxide with high compact density where electrolytic manganese dioxide pieces are milled in a classifying mill to produce first milled manganese dioxide particles where 30% of the particles are larger than 200 mesh and up to 95% of the particles are smaller than 325 mesh. The first milled manganese dioxide particles are milled a second time to produce manganese dioxide particles having a second particle size distribution. Also, an electrolytic manganese dioxide particle composition, wherein when the particle size distribution of the composition is plotted as a function of base-10 logarithm of the particle size, a first peak is centered at a particle size from 40-100 ?m and contributes a minimum of 20% of the area under the curve of the overall particle size distribution and a maximum of 45% of the area under the curve of the overall particle size distribution.

Abstract: A conveyor toaster includes a conveyor assembly with a bracket and a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt rotates about first and second gears. A drive motor operates to move the conveyor belt about the first and second gears. A platen is configured to be heated and is positioned relative to the conveyor belt. A mounting bracket is connected to the bracket of the conveyor assembly. Movement of the mounting bracket changes the positon of the conveyor assembly relative to the platen.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for an adjustable spring plunger bumper with high initial load and low final load. The spring plunger bumper includes an exterior body surrounding a plunger. The plunger has a plunger indent into which a displacement ball is induced by a ramp sleeve biased by a ramp sleeve spring. As the plunger is displaced relative to the exterior body, the displacement ball contacts a lower displacement ball inclined surface, which provides a high initial load resisting the displacement of the plunger. However, as the displacement of the plunger continues, the displacement ball comes into contact with a smooth lower displacement ball indent surface which provides a lower load. A return spring is positioned between the plunger and the exterior body to return them to their initial position relative to each other when the displacement of the plunger is removed.
Abstract: A refrigeration device includes a cabinet defining a compartment and is operable to control an environment within the compartment. At least one sensor is associated with the compartment. A processor receives compartment data from the at least one sensor associated with the compartment. The processor operates an environmental control system of the refrigeration device according to the compartment data. The processor is communicatively connected to and operates a graphical display of an input module to present compartment data in a graphical user interface of the input module.

Abstract: A modular food holding cabinet has multiple food holding units or bins, which can be connected and disconnected from each other in multiple different configurations. Each bin can be set to its own temperature, independently of the others.
Abstract: An output signal device and method that provides the operator force feedback similar to a pilot control joystick. These force feedback regions include free play, dead-band start of modulation, modulation, fore-warning bumper and hold near max angle. This output signal device may also vary the fore-warning feel and hold positions to be at any angle. This output signal device uses force sensing as the signal and has force slope changes used as auto-calibration of the output signal. This improves signal accuracy and provides a service prognostic signal. The prognostic signal may be used to activate redundant sensor. The variable force feedback may improve operation on rough terrain. The force feedback, may allow more productive operating positions to be learned. This enables productivity and other important job site criteria such as fuel usage to be optimized by interactive communication with this output signal device.

Abstract: Glass composite coating systems herein may be used for industrial applications serving as a chemical barrier against substrate oxidation or other deterioration by corrosive agents, may prevent material build-up in process piping and equipment, may provide for improved bonding strength between concrete and reinforcing media, and may inhibit microbial build-up on exposed surfaces. Traditionally, glass coatings are emplaced on relatively pristine, pre-prepared surfaces. Glass composite coating systems described herein may be bonded to untreated substrates, without the need to clean, polish and/or pre-treat the substrate.
