Abstract: The invention relates to a housing base suitable for containing a cosmetic product and comprises a compartment, a part, a first hollow element, a second protruding element, a third hollow element and a fourth protruding element. The compartment comprises a bottom and a lateral wall. The part for containing a cosmetic product is embedded in the compartment and comprises a bottom and a lateral wall. The first hollow element is fitted with a second protruding element and the hollow element is fitted with a fourth protruding element. One of the first or second elements is fitted into the lateral wall of the compartment and the other is fitted into the lateral wall of the part. One of the third or fourth elements is fitted into the bottom of the compartment and the other being fitted into the bottom of the part.

Abstract: An assembly device comprises an external element and an open-loop ring. The external element comprises a tubular part extending along an axis. The open-loop ring is elastically deformable between an open position and a closed position. The external element comprises an assembly part assemblable with the ring by elastic interlocking The assembly part comprises recessed elements and/or projecting elements arranged on an internal wall of the tubular part. The ring comprises first assembly part assemblable with the external element by elastic interlocking when the ring is in the open position, and the second assembly part interlocking with the external element by elastic interlocking when the ring is in the closed position. Such elastic interlocking assembly device allows for the irreversible assembly of the external element with a container neck.

Thus, a dispensing head, firmly fixed to the male element, can be extracted or retracted by making the plate slide along the tubular body.

Abstract: A packaging device having a magnetic closure system establishing a particular angular orientation between two elements of the device. The packaging device for a cosmetic product comprises a container to house the product. The container comprises a visual mark on a side surface thereof and a removable case including an internal cavity to receive the container which can slide inside the cavity until it is fully housed inside the case. The case comprises a side hole that opens into the internal cavity. The device comprises at least a first permanent magnet borne by the container and at least a second permanent magnet borne by the case. The magnets being configured such as to define the angular position of the container in relation to the second axis, such that the visual mark on the container is positioned in line with the hole in the case.

The push-button can be depressed in relation to the body in an activating direction between a rest position and a depressed position in order to control fluid-dispensing means. The locking means have an active state in which they prevent the push-button from being depressed in the activating direction and an inactive state in which they allow the pressing action. In order to move the locking means from the inactive state to the active state thereof, a force must be applied to the push-button in the activating direction in order to displace the push-button, from the rest position to a locked position, by translation in relation to the body in the opposite sense to that in which it is pressed in.
