Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to digitally converting physical form documents to electronic surveys. For example, a survey system receives an image capture of a physical form document and analyzes the image capture to identify fields including questions within the physical form document. The survey system creates an electronic survey corresponding to the physical form document based on the contents of the fields (e.g., text, objects). Specifically, the survey system generates electronic survey questions for the fields based on the contents of the fields. After generating electronic survey questions for the fields in the image capture, the survey system provides the electronic survey for display to a respondent. Additionally, the survey system can complete an electronic version (e.g., an image) of the form document including the responses.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to generating and distributing action items in response to responses and further performing various reminder actions for the action items. In particular, systems and methods disclosed herein facilitate implementation of action items in response to receiving feedback data within responses to electronic survey questions. For example, systems and methods disclosed herein facilitate generating action items in response to given customer responses to one or more electronic survey questions. Additionally, systems and methods disclosed herein provide one or more reminders to one or more entities to follow up and ensure performance of various tasks associated with respective action items.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to distributing a survey created for a first distribution channel across multiple distribution channels. More specifically, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to providing a user with the ability to create a survey for one distribution channel and automatically provide the survey across multiple distribution channels. Further, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure improves survey administration by collecting responses to the survey from across the various distribution channels, compiling the responses, and providing the overall results of the survey to the user.

Abstract: This disclosure generally covers systems and methods that, in some embodiments, provide an electronic survey template for creating a user customizable electronic survey including authentication features. Those authentication features include, in some embodiments, authenticating questions with elements that capture a digitally drawn signature, digital image, fingerprint, or voiceprint. Certain embodiments of the disclosed systems and methods provide a graphical user interface comprising an electronic survey template with a menu of survey question types, including an option to create authenticating questions within the electronic survey template. Some embodiments of the disclosed systems and methods also provide functions and features that allow users to preview a customized electronic survey template as an interactive electronic survey or to preview individual electronic survey questions as interactive electronic survey questions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to collecting and analyzing electronic survey responses that include user-composed text. In particular, systems and methods disclosed herein facilitate collection of electronic survey responses in response to electronic survey questions. The systems and methods disclosed herein classify the electronic survey questions and determine a semantics model including customized operators for analyzing the electronic survey responses to the corresponding electronic survey questions. In addition, the systems and methods disclosed herein provide a presentation of the results of the analysis of the electronic survey responses via a graphical user interface of a client device.

In particular, a view management system can synchronize and present multiple synchronized views of an electronic document for display on a client device. For example, the view management system can present multiple views of an electronic document and bind one or more of the views with a model. In response to detecting a user interaction with respect to a view, the view management system can cause a client device to apply the user interaction to each of multiple views (e.g., each view that is bound to the model). By synchronizing views, the view management system can enable a user to conveniently observe how one or more user interactions with respect to a view would appear across multiple views of an electronic document.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a document layout system that automatically optimizes dynamic documents (i.e., documents having dynamic content). In particular, the document layout system intelligently populates and arranges content items, including dynamic content items, into a dynamic document. Further, upon receiving dynamic content updates that change the dimensions (e.g., expand or shrink) of one or more dynamic content items within a dynamic document, the document layout system automatically modifies the arrangement of the content items to resolve any position conflicts detected between content items within the dynamic document. Further, the document layout system provides a number of features that assist users in organizing and arranging dynamic documents.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods for providing a self-maintaining automated chat response generator. In particular, the systems and methods described herein analyze a corpus of digital content to identify content topics and generate a language model for categorizing a chat question. Additionally, the systems and methods described herein analyze a chat question to assign the chat question to a content topic based on keywords identified within the chat question. The systems and methods also generate a response to provide to the chat question.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a response analysis system that employs a small-data training dataset to train a neural network that accurately performs domain-agnostic opinion mining. For example, in one or more embodiments, the response analysis system trains a response classification neural network using part of speech information (e.g., syntactic information) to learn and apply response classification labels for opinion text responses. In particular, the response analysis system employs part of speech information patterns without regard to word patterns to determine whether words in a text response correspond to an opinion, the target of the opinion, or neither. In addition, the trained response classification neural network has a significantly reduced learned parameter space, which decreases processing, memory requirements, and overall complexity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to organizing electronic text documents. In particular, one or more embodiments comprise a content management system that improves the organization of electronic text documents by intelligently and accurately categorizing electronic text documents by topic. The content management system organizes electronic text documents based on one or more topics, without the need for a human reviewer to manually classify each electronic text document, and without the need for training a classification algorithm based on a set of manually classified electronic text documents. Further, the content management system identifies and suggests topics for electronic text documents that relate to new or emerging topics.

In particular, a survey system facilitates providing survey questions of an electronic survey to a user within a display area of a client device in accordance with a determined layout based on one or more features of the display area. Further, the survey system provides the survey questions and associated layout to a client device for presentation to a user. The client device identifies one or more features of a display area and determines a layout from the plurality of layouts to use in providing the survey question(s) to the user.
