The fixed position corresponds to an open position of the plurality of open positions. The locking mechanism self-locks in the fixed position when the door rotation reaches the fixed position.

    Abstract: An integrated latch apparatus for a securing and releasing computer equipment from a chassis includes a support bracket, a rotating shaft, a sliding plate having a latching extension, and a handle having a rotating end. The handle is secured at the rotating end to the support bracket about the rotating shaft. The rotating end of the handle includes nudging extensions. A torsion spring is disposed on the rotating shaft such that the torsion spring biases the support bracket against the handle such that the handle is in an open position when the torsion spring is extended towards an equilibrium state and in a closed position when the torsion spring is biased toward a fully compressed state. The nudging extensions engage and laterally move a sliding plate when the handle is rotated between the open position and the closed position.

The cover apparatus includes a cover door attached to the cover bracket and configured to rotate relative to the cover bracket between an open position and a closed position. The cover door closes the first aperture of the cover bracket with the cover door in the closed position. The cover apparatus includes a catch configured to apply a force to the cover door in the closed position. The force is sufficient to maintain the cover door in the closed position but allows a user to manually open the cover door for accessing the module.

    Abstract: An expansion bay for a computer system having a rotatable fastening mechanism is disclosed. The expansion bay includes a bay housing having two facing side walls, a front open end and a bottom panel. A front tab and a rear tab extend from the interior of one of the side walls. A tray supporting an expansion component has a guide block with a threaded aperture. The tray may be positioned between an open position and a closed position. The rotatable fastener mechanism moves the tray into and out of the bay housing. A rod is inserted through apertures of the first tab and the second tab, allowing free rotation of the rod. The rod includes a threaded exterior section to rotationally engage the threaded aperture of the guide block. A knob is attached to an end of the rod to allow a user to rotate the rod and move the tray.

The threaded fasteners retain the first and second clamps in a fixed engagement on the pole. The first bracket is fixed to the first clamp via a first clamp fastener that extends through the bore. The first bracket is used for mounting the telecommunication device.
