Abstract: A canopy assembly for a ride-on vehicle includes a canopy having a plurality of receivers positioned on a bottom surface of the canopy, and a plurality of canopy supports that matches in number that of the plurality of receivers. Each of the plurality of canopy supports includes at a top a connector that is configured to securely engage one of the receivers. Additionally, each of the plurality of canopy supports includes a bottom end that is configured to securely fit within a receiving aperture formed in the body of the ride-on vehicle, thereby attaching the canopy assembly to the ride-on vehicle.
Abstract: A conversion scooter is provided that converts from a stand-up mode to a sit-down mode. The conversion scooter has a frame, a seat, a steering assembly at the forward portion of the frame, and a rear wheel coupled to the rear portion of the frame. The seat has a first coupling member at the first end of the seat and the second end of the seat, and a second coupling member at the first end of the seat and the second end of the seat. The frame has a receiver at the forward portion of the frame to secure the first coupling member of the seat to the forward portion of the frame, and a locking assembly at the rear portion of the frame to secure the seat to the rear portion of the frame.
Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is providing having a frame, a plurality of wheels connected to the frame, a receiver extending from the frame and a seat rotatedly connected in the receiver via a seat post. The receiver extends from the frame at a first acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a vertical axis, and the seat post extends from a bottom of the seat at a second acute angle greater than 0° with respect to the vertical axis. As such, when the seat is positioned in the rear facing orientation the seat is positioned at an acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a horizontal axis.

Abstract: A conversion scooter is adapted for use as a sit to ride scooter in a first configuration and a stand to ride scooter in a second configuration. The conversion scooter has a frame, a steering assembly and a seat removably coupled to the frame. The steering assembly can be steered by a user in the first and second configurations. The frame has a first end portion and a second end portion, and a foot platform extending between the first end portion and the second end portion. In the first configuration a seat surface of the seat is generally parallel to a longitudinal axis of the frame, and in the second configuration the seat is coupled to a first end portion of the frame and the seat is generally transverse to the longitudinal axis of the frame. Seat securing members secure the seat in the first and second configurations.
Abstract: A multipurpose wagon having a wagon body, front and rear wheels and a handle. The wagon body has a front portion and a rear portion, the handle being coupled to the front portion, a front wall adjacent the front portion and a rear wall adjacent the rear portion. Additionally, the wagon body has a first sidewall extending between the front wall and the rear wall along one side of the wagon body, and a second sidewall extending between the front wall and the rear wall along an opposing side of the wagon body. The first sidewall has a panel that is removable from the first side of the wagon body and connectable to the second sidewall of the wagon body.
Abstract: A foldable wagon is provided having a collapsible frame that converts the wagon from a use configuration to a folded configuration for storage and transportation. The foldable wagon has a collapsible frame positonable in an open position and a collapsed position, a plurality of wheels coupled to the collapsible frame, a plurality of substantially rigid seats pivotally coupled to the collapsible frame, and a flexible housing about the collapsible frame to form a sidewall for the wagon. The substantially rigid seats each having a substantially rigid seat back and a substantially rigid seat bottom hingedly coupled to the seat back.

Abstract: A tricycle is provided for supporting multiple passengers. The multi-passenger tricycle has a frame member, a steering assembly, a rear axle assembly, an auxiliary handlebar and a rear passenger foot platform. The steering assembly is rotatable and is coupled to a first end of the frame member. The rear axle assembly is coupled to the second end of the frame member. The auxiliary handlebar is coupled to the frame member between the first end and the second end of the frame member. The rear passenger foot platform is coupled to the frame member adjacent a second end of the frame member, and is at least partially above the rear axle assembly. Preferably, the rear passenger foot platform includes a first foot platform on one side of the frame member and a second foot platform on an opposing side of the frame member.
Abstract: A user-propelled vehicle is adapted for use as a ride on vehicle. The user-propelled ride on vehicle has a frame, a rider support platform, a steering column, a front cross member, a rear cross member, and a plurality of a caster assemblies coupled to the front and rear cross members at a front forward tilting angle to the vertical axis.
Abstract: A riding toy includes a body with a spring assembly supporting the body on a base so that the body may be moved in first and second motions with respect to the base. The riding toy also includes a microcontroller and first and second motion sensors responsive to the first and second motions, respectively. The first and second motion sensors are positioned on the body and in electronic communication with the microcontroller. A sound synthesizing circuit is in electronic communication with the microcontroller and a speaker. The microcontroller is programmed to provide a first sound effect when the first motion sensor detects the first motion and a second sound effect when the second sensor detects the second motion. The first sound effect is varied based on a speed of the first motion and preempts the second sound effect if both the first and second motions are taking place simultaneously. The riding toy also includes a light sensor in electronic communication with the microprocessor.

Abstract: A scooter features a top tube attached to the top portion of a steering column and handlebars having handgrips and stems, with the stems sized to be received within the open ends of the top tube when in a use configuration. A handlebar holder housing covers a top portion of the steering column and a portion of the top tube and includes holding bores sized to receive the handlebar stems when the handlebars are in a storage configuration. The handlebar stems are provided with spring pins that engage use apertures and storage apertures formed in the top tube and housing, respectively, when in the handlebars are in the use and storage configurations. A cord passes through the top tube and is fastened to the handlebars. The handlebar holder housing includes cord slots in communication with the holding bores and receive the cord when the first and second handlebars are in the storage configuration.
