Abstract: A windshield wiper adapter accommodates different types and different size wiper arms. The adapter includes a slot to accommodate both 3/16 and 1/4 inch diameter pins of a pin type wiper arm as well as the ability to connect to different size hook type wiper arms and bayonet type wiper arms. Each sidewall of the adapter has a transverse notch to permit flexure enhancing installation and removal. The outer side surfaces of each side wall has raised bearing surfaces to promote free rotation when subject to a load bearing against the wiper assembly. Different size hook arm retention tabs extend inwardly from each sidewall to enhance installation. An extended bayonet release tab is provided to promote disassembly.

Abstract: A bracket structure retains a radar detector at an interior surface of a vehicle, wherein the bracket provides a universal adjustment between the mounting plate attached to the interior surface and the supporting structure which carries the radar detector. A flexible arm on the bracket may be formed of a wire or other material which does not cold work during deformation to thereby provide an infinite number of adjustment positions for the radar detector. The supporting structure comprises a pair of legs which slidingly engage one another to accommodate radar detectors of various widths.

Abstract: An in-line connector for coaxial connectors, which enables two flush cut cables to be spliced together without further cutting of the cable's insulator or outer conductor jacket. A longitudinal connector has an internal concentrically mounted wire connector which contacts the inner wire conductor of each cable to be spliced. A pair of metallic sleeves extend from the conductor and are inserted into each cable to make contact with the woven metallic sheath of each cable. A collapsible sleeve is concentrically mounted to each end of the connector and engages the connector to inhibit relative rotation. A lock nut threadably engages each of the collapsible sleeves to cover the connection and secure each cable to the connector.
