Patent number: 10527120Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve includes a piston slide arrangement with a piston which is axially displaceable for regulating a free cross section of a fluid passage of the valve. The piston slide arrangement contains a first magnetic armature connected to the piston and a second magnetic armature which is axially displaceable with respect to the piston. The piston is axially displaceable against the force of a first biasing spring by generating an electromagnetic field through energizing a coil. A second biasing spring rests against the first magnetic armature and the second magnetic armature, so, in the unenergized state of the coil, the piston takes a predetermined position by axial displacement due to the force of the first biasing device against the force of the first biasing device. A permanent magnet generates an attractive force between the first and the second magnetic armature which counteracts the second biasing spring.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2018Date of Patent: January 7, 2020Assignee: Rausch & Pausch GmbHInventors: Sebastian Bähr, Werner Döhla

Patent number: 10119626Abstract: An electromagnetically or electrically operated valve possesses a closing element that is axially displaceable between a closed position and an open position. The closing element is pressure-compensated, by the pressure present on the front side of the closing element being passed to the back side thereof. Between the front and back sides the closing element is sealed radially against a surrounding structural element by means of a dynamic seal. The circumferential sealing gap varies in width in dependence on the axial position of the closing element, so that the dynamic seal seals reliably only in the closed position, while in other positions the static friction of the dynamic seal is reduced.Type: GrantFiled: July 27, 2016Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: Rausch & Pausch GmbHInventors: Herwig Greiner, Werner Schieweck

Patent number: 10082220Abstract: The pole geometry of an electromagnetic switch valve includes a cylindrical well on the pole member, which is penetrated by a cylindrical pin on the magnetic armature. This obtains a magnetic force-stroke curve that first extends proportionally starting out from the initial position of the magnetic armature and then rises progressively until the magnetic armature reaches the end position. Continuously increasing the energizing of the magnetic drive upon shifting of the magnetic armature from its initial position into its end position enables the noise formation upon the closing process of the valve to be reduced. Accordingly, the noise formation upon the opening process of the valve can be reduced when the energizing of the magnetic coil is reduced not abruptly but continuously.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2016Date of Patent: September 25, 2018Assignee: Rausch & Pausch GmbHInventors: Matthias Schlick, Sebastian Clauβ, Johannes Stock, Julius Hudec
