Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method, an apparatus and a storage medium for performing encoding/decoding on an image using a subpicture. A picture may be partitioned into various units such as subpictures and slices, and various syntax elements and structures may be used to specify the units. In an embodiment, there is a method for configuring a reference picture list for motion compensation in the case where the location of a reference subpicture to be referred to for motion compensation is different from the location of a target subpicture. Further, in an embodiment, there is provided a method for providing the configuration of a reference picture list and an override on the number of activated reference indexes.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for controlling pedal feedback to an operator and vehicle control. One embodiment of a vehicle system includes a pedal having an engagement device configured to generate a pulling force on an operator device. The vehicle system also includes a controller configured to control the engagement device to generate the pulling force on the operator device. Embodiments also provide for electromagnetic and permanent magnet engagement devices, and control of engagement devices to engage an operator with a vehicle pedal. Embodiments also provide for multiple wearable configurations of operator devices for engaging with vehicle pedals. Processes are provided for activating and deactivating engagement devices in response to vehicle driving conditions.
Abstract: Provided are a method and system for detecting a UAV using a plurality of image sensors. A method of detecting a UAV includes detecting, by each of a plurality of detection image sensors, a UAV in a UAV detection area, transmitting, when the UAV is detected, position information of the detection image sensor detecting the UAV and distance information of the UAV to a classification image sensor, acquiring, by the classification image sensor, a magnified image of the UAV by setting a parameter of a camera of the classification image sensor according to the position information and the distance information, and classifying a type of the UAV by analyzing the magnified image.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an image information decoding method. Abstract: An exercise sensing method, an exercise sensing apparatus and an exercise sensing system are provided. The exercise sensing system includes a computing device, a storage device and at least one biophysical quantity sensor disposed on at least one muscle portion of a user. In the method, a current muscle strength of the muscle portion when the user performs an exercise is monitored by the biophysical quantity sensor. Abstract: A method for reducing power consumption of a terminal that communicates with a base station in a mobile communication system using a multi-carrier structure composed of a primary component carrier and at least one secondary component carrier comprises: receiving a discontinuous reception (DRX) parameter group for multi carriers from the base station; and setting the multi carriers to the same parameter value, by using the received parameter group. The method for reducing power consumption of the terminal further comprises: performing a downlink control channel receive operation on each carrier according to a DRX cycle. As the base station in the mobile communication system using the multi-carrier structure simplifies the DRX process for reducing power consumption of a terminal by reducing signaling load for the multi-carrier control of the terminal, it becomes possible to reduce power consumption of the terminal.

Abstract: A method, a processing device, and a system for object tracking are proposed. The method includes the following steps. Imaging capturing is performed on an actual scene by using a primary camera and at least one secondary camera to respectively generate a primary image and at least one secondary image. Image stacking is performed on the primary image and the at least one secondary image to generate a stacked image. Position information and depth information of each object in the stacked image are computed.
