    Abstract: A system and method are provided to facilitate automated data imputation. During operation, the system generates a cluster model based on raw data obtained from sensors with multiple states, wherein the raw data includes missing values. The system replaces the missing values with first imputed data based on the cluster model. The system iterates, until a predetermined threshold has been reached, through a series of operations which include: updating the cluster model based on most recently imputed data; predicting outliers based on the cluster model; marking the outliers as null values to obtain filtered data; updating the cluster model based on the filtered data; and replacing the null values with second imputed data based on the cluster model.

The system includes a transceiver configured to transmit the modulated stepped frequency waveform to a target and to accept reflection of the modulated stepped frequency waveform reflected from the target, a mixer to interfere the unmodulated stepped frequency waveform and the reflection of the modulated stepped frequency waveform to produce a beat signal of the interference of the unmodulated stepped frequency waveform with the reflection of the modulated stepped frequency waveform, and a signal processor to reconstruct an image of the target from the beat signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of extraction of fragrance substances, and specifically relates to Cymbidium goeringii balsam and a preparation method and use thereof. The present disclosure is implemented by cultivating multiple plants of Cymbidium goeringii with unravelling bloom collectively in a relatively small enclosed space, and enriching fragrance substances of Cymbidium goeringii in the air by lipid for adsorption. The method of the present disclosure can obtain Cymbidium goeringii balsam rich in a variety of fragrance components in a relatively short time. GC-MS detection indicates as many as 50 components. The present disclosure significantly improves the prior art in which only a small amount of fragrance components in Cymbidium goeringii can be extracted or even cannot be obtained. The present disclosure can be further used in extracting essential oils or applied directly.
