  • Patent number: 11341719
Abstract: A method is presented. The method includes estimating an ego-motion of an agent based on a current image from a sequence of images and at least one previous image from the sequence of images. Each image in the sequence of images may be a two-dimensional (2D) image. The method also includes estimating a depth of the current image based the at least one previous image. The estimated depth accounts for a depth uncertainty measurement in the current image and the at least one previous image. The method further includes generating a three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of the current image based on the estimated ego-motion and the estimated depth. The method still further includes controlling an action of the agent based on the three-dimensional reconstruction.

  • Patent number: 11341649
Abstract: Methods that implement image-guided tissue analysis, MRI-based computational modeling, and imaging informatics to analyze the diversity and dynamics of molecularly-distinct subpopulations and the evolving competitive landscapes in human glioblastoma multiforme (“GBM”) are provided. Machine learning models are constructed based on multiparametric MRI data and molecular data (e.g., CNV, exome, gene expression). Models can also be built based on specific biological factors, such as sex and age. Inputting MRI data into the trained predictive models generates maps that depict spatial patterns of molecular markers, which can be used to quantify and co-localize regions molecularly distinct subpopulations in tumors and other regions, such as the non-enhancing parenchyma, or brain around tumor (“BAT”) regions.

  • Patent number: 11338144
Abstract: A multiple output current stimulator circuit with fast turn on time is described. At least one pair of input side and output side transistors is arranged in a current mirror connected to a supply transistor by cascode coupling. The output side transistor supplies stimulation current to an electrode in contact with tissue. An operational amplifier connected to a reference voltage and to the output side transistor drives the supply transistor to maintain the voltage at the output side transistor equal to the reference voltage. The at least one pair of transistors includes multiple pairs of transistors whose output side transistors drive respective electrodes with stimulation currents. The stimulator determines the initiation and duration of stimulation current pulses supplied to each electrode. At circuit activation, large currents are generated which discharge capacitances in the output side transistors causing rapid output side transistor turn on.
