Abstract: A method for processing a substrate includes providing a substrate with a layer including a material selected from a group consisting of silicon (Si), germanium (Ge) and silicon germanium. The method includes depositing a first layer on the layer of the substrate using atomic layer deposition (ALD). The method includes depositing a second layer on the first layer using ALD. Depositing one of the first layer and the second layer includes depositing phosphorus oxide and depositing the other one of the first layer and the second layer includes depositing antimony oxide. The method includes annealing the substrate to drive antimony and phosphorus from the first layer and the second layer into the layer of the substrate to create a junction.

Abstract: An optical code is readable by a generally used reading device, and optically readable as an information code that can appropriately prevent abuse due to duplication. In this optical code, data is recorded with a pattern of a plurality of light-color modules having high visible light reflectance and a plurality of dark-color modules having visible light reflectance lower than light-color modules. At least either the light-color modules or the dark-color modules are configured to include a first module and a second module having reflectances different from each other for invisible light of a predetermined wavelength. Thus, data is recorded as a readable pattern of modules, the pattern being differently observed between when irradiated with visible light and when irradiated with the invisible light of a predetermined length.

Abstract: A method of producing trilobatin is disclosed. Abstract: A method for the rapid and controlled synthesis of mixed metal oxide nanoparticles using relatively low temperature plasma oxidation of liquid droplets of predetermined mixed metal precursors is disclosed. Abstract: An antenna system is provided. The antenna system includes a coaxial cable, an antenna, and an impedance matching structure. Abstract: A primary transmitter of a multicast communication system transmits in-band backhaul to a relay transmitter using an LDM signal that also carries services to end-users. The relay transmitter processes received wireless signal to extract the in-band backhaul and re-transmits services obtained from the in-band backhaul in same or different frequency channel. The in-band backhaul may be transmitted in a high-capacity layer of the LDM signal carrying or in a separate timeslot. Transmitter-specific signature signals may be used for loopback and forward channel estimation at the relay transmitter. The in-band backhaul may also carry service data for devices in a different network.
