Abstract: The method includes, receiving a content request message from a user terminal, comparing a batching window value and a timer value in session information when there is session information corresponding to received content, and transmitting a content response message including an address of a stored surrogate server to the user terminal when the timer value is less than the batching window value. In addition, the method includes, receiving a request message for requesting the same content from another user terminal, and transmitting the content response message including address information of the same surrogate server to another user terminal when the timer value is less than the batching window value. Therefore, since more channels can be assigned to one surrogate server, it is possible to decrease data transmission costs of the surrogate server.

Abstract: A dynamic formation protocol for a lithium-ion battery cell. An “SEI formation end voltage” is identified, which is the voltage reached during formation at which the SEI layer is substantially formed. Charge rates are selected for the formation, with a first charge current rate to be used until the SEI formation end voltage is reached, and a second charge current rate, faster than the first charge current rate, to be used thereafter the SEI formation end voltage. Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of using neutral soluble glucan and monoclonal antibodies for antitumor therapy. Neutral soluble Beta (1,3; 1,6) glucan (NSG) enhances the tumoricidal activity of the innate immune system by binding to the C3 complement protein receptor CR3. The glucan does not stimulate the induction of inflammatory cytokines. Also described are methods of using whole glucan particles (WGP) as an immunomodulator by inducing a shift from a Th2 response to the Th1 response, leading to an enhanced antitumor cytotoxic T-cell response.

Abstract: The prediction of hardware failure is obtained by operating two redundant circuit modules while one circuit module is artificially aged. The output of the two circuit modules is compared and a discrepancy between outputs indicates a projected failure of the aged modules. Aging may be accomplished by one or a combination of lowering operating voltages and re-phasing a sampling clock to reduce slack time both of which provide increased sensitivity to gate delay.
