    Abstract: A method for producing an elastomeric sealing article including preparing a thermoplastic elastomeric resin composition having (a) 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated block copolymer including at least two polymeric blocks (A) of styrene, and at least one polymeric block (B) of isoprene; (b) 70 to 130 parts by weight of an ethylene-octene copolymer including ethylene in an amount of more than 50% by weight; and (c) 30 to 60 parts by weight of polypropylene. The thermoplastic elastomeric resin composition does not contain a non-aromatic softening agent, and none of components (a), (b), and (c) is cross-linked. The method also includes molding the thermoplastic elastomeric resin composition into an elastomeric sealing article.

The adhesive sheet of the present invention is an adhesive sheet comprising a resin film and an adhesive layer adhering to one side of said resin film, characterized in that said adhesive layer has one or more grooves on a side opposite to a side on which said adhesive layer adheres to said resin film, and said groove or grooves exist only in an inner area of said opposite side of said adhesive layer and are not open at side surfaces of said adhesive layer. The present invention also provides a release liner for an adhesive sheet having embosses on its surface and being good in smoothness.

This process produces a composition that is excellent in compression set and oil resistance at high temperatures and in flexibility and moldability.
