Abstract: A process for the electronic stabilization of the images of a scene of a snapshot capturing apparatus of an imaging system in which, in a terrestrial reference frame, the images of the scene captured by the apparatus are filtered in a low-pass filter, so as to retain only the low spatial frequencies thereof, and the optical flow equation is solved to determine the rotations to be imposed on the images in order to stabilize them with regard to the previous images is provided. The invention also relates to a process for correcting offsets in grey levels of a snapshot capturing apparatus of an imaging system whose images are stabilized according to the process of the invention, where the calculation of the offsets is deduced from the steps of the stabilization process.
Abstract: Method for guiding a rocket (1) to a target, wherein, the rocket (1) being equipped with automatic guiding means with an image-formation device (10) and means for correction of the trajectory (11): the target is acquired by a sighting device and its position is determined; the sighting device and the rocket image-formation device (10) are brought into line; the images of the rocket image-formation device (10) are stabilized; a guiding law is produced; the rocket (1) is launched; and the rocket is guided according to this law until the rocket itself acquires the target.
Abstract: A telecommunication cable of the microcable or minicable type having optical fibers (2) contained in a thin retaining sheath (3) includes an external layer (4) extending concentrically around the retaining sheath. The external layer has a friction coefficient lower than that of the retaining sheath and a stiffness greater than that of the retaining sheath. These characteristics reduce friction and increase the stiffness of the cable when the latter is installed by blowing or floating in a conduit.

Abstract: In a method for the management of a communications module on a telephony network, the module is connected to a terminal that is incapable by itself of getting connected to the telephone network. The module has a tool kit microcircuit whose management is shared between the module and the terminal so as to limit communications on a link between the module and the terminal. The module and the terminal exchange messages in the HAYES format in order to standardize an interface between the module and the terminal. The messages exchanged are command messages, responses to commands, or general information on the state of the device.
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for fixing and adjusting a member to be supported, characterised by the fact that it comprises: a support base (1); two triangular levers (6), each of the said levers comprising two arms (7, 8) disposed in a triangle and connected together at one of the vertices (9) of the triangle, each of the said levers being articulated on the said base at its respective vertex, a first one (7) of the two arms of each lever being extendable and connected at its free end to means of fixing (14) to the said member; and an adjustment means (5) mounted on the said base and arranged to make the second arm (8) of each lever pivot in the plane of the said lever. Application to the fixing and adjustment of a precision optical element.
Abstract: Data packets are transmitted in a secure manner from an external network to a secure network. The secure network and the external network are interconnected via a firewall comprising a first interface with the external network and a second interface with the secure network. The firewall provides, over the second interface, a plurality of virtual interfaces. An association between items of specific information of the firewall and said virtual interfaces is stored in the firewall and in the secure network. It is determined whether to authorize the transmission of a packet received from the external network to the secure network on the basis of predefined security criteria. If the received packet is authorized, an item of specific information is selected to be transmitted to the secure network with the authorized packet. A virtual interface is then determined as a function of the item of specific information selected on the basis of the association.
