Abstract: A modular multiplier and a modular multiplication method are provided. The modular multiplier includes: a first register which stores a previous accumulation value calculated at a previous cycle; a second register which stores a previous quotient calculated at the previous cycle; a quotient generator which generates a quotient using the stored previous accumulation value output from the first register; and an accumulator which receives an operand, a bit value of a multiplier, the stored previous accumulation value, and the stored previous quotient to calculate an accumulation value in a current cycle, wherein the calculated accumulation value is updated to the first register, and the generated quotient is updated to the second register.
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for programming data, and a method and an apparatus for setting a data programming mode used for the same are provided. The method for programming data in a non-volatile memory device includes determining a programming mode to be used for data programming among at least two programming modes prescribing different verify voltages for cells to be programmed, based on set mode information, and programming data according to the determined programming mode. Consequently, the loss of programmed data is prevented through an SMD reflow process.
Abstract: Provided are image sensors and methods of fabricating the same. The image sensor has a transfer gate, which may be configured to include a buried portion having a flat bottom surface and a rounded lower corner. This structure of the buried portion enables to transfer electric charges stored in the photoelectric conversion part effectively.

The method includes receiving, by a server, a comment attached to a video blog file from a first terminal, the comment being associated with a point of time at which the comment is displayed along with the video blog file; converting, by the server, the comment into a descriptor file; storing, by the server, the descriptor file; receiving, by the server, information on a selected one of a plurality of descriptor files stored in the server from a second terminal, the plurality of descriptor files representing a plurality of comments attached to the video blog file; and transmitting, by the server, the selected one of the plurality of descriptor files to the second terminal.
Abstract: A sensing circuit includes a plurality of cell read current generators, a reference current generator and a plurality of sense amplifiers. Each of the cell read current generators generates a cell read current from each of a plurality of memory cells. The reference current generator sums the cell read currents to generate a sum current. Each of the sense amplifiers determines data state stored in each of the memory cells based on each of the cell read currents and an average current. The average current is obtained based on the sum current.

Abstract: A high luminance and high output LED package using an LED as a light source and a fabrication method thereof. The LED package includes an Al substrate with a recessed multi-stepped reflecting surface formed therein and a light source composed of LEDs mounted on the reflecting surface and electrically connected to patterned electrodes. The LED package also includes anodized insulation layers formed between the patterned electrodes and the substrate, and an encapsulant covering over the light source of the substrate. The LED package further includes an Al heat radiator formed under the LEDs to enhance heat radiation capacity. According to the present invention, the substrate is made of Al material and anodized to form insulation layers thereon, allowing superior heat radiation effect of the LED, thereby significantly increasing the lifetime and light emission efficiency of the LED package.
