Abstract: The present invention relates to a porous particle composite for PCR, wherein the porous particle composite distributes photothermal nano-elements that generate heat by absorbing light in porous particles in which nucleic acid amplification occurs through temperature control so as not to adjust the temperature of the entire sample by using a hot plate or the like but to adjust the temperature inside the particles by irradiating light to the porous particles to allow nucleic acid amplification inside thereof, thereby reducing energy consumption and shortening diagnostic time.

Abstract: Methods herein disclosed include methods of producing a nanoporous membrane by coating a planar substrate (204) with a solution (solution tank 201) containing a reactive metal adatom. The coated planar substrate can then be perforated by initiating a redox reaction between the reactive metal adatom and the planar substrate that causes the reactive metal adatom to remove material, forming nanoscale pores in the planar substrate that result in a nanoporous planar material. This nanoporous planar material can be formed into a nanoporous membrane.

Abstract: A job ontology generation and maintenance system and method may be used for B2B sales and marketing activity. The job ontology generation and maintenance system and method uses job titles and artificial intelligence to discover and maintain full job ontologies without requiring any information about the person that holds the title (including even basic details such as name).
Abstract: Disclosed is a brain-on-a-chip intelligence complex control system comprising a basic module and an information interaction and training module. The latter integrates a neural signal decoding unit, reward and punishment control unit, task control model, and mapping relationship model. The neural signal decoding unit transforms neural response data into external device-recognizable control instructions. Employed for controlling the external device, the task control model creates a future target control instruction based on task feedback, retrieving the corresponding neural response. The mapping relationship model establishes connections between the brain-on-a-chip's stimulation sequence and neural responses. Calculating task completion, the reward and punishment control unit generates a reward or punishment signal based on task feedback, applying it to the brain-on-a-chip basic module. This innovative brain-on-a-chip intelligence complex enhances control and training capabilities through integrated modules.
