  • Patent number: 10664838
Abstract: Systems and methods to process an authorization request related to mobile data stored by a mobile application in an account hosted on a server and accessed via an access token obtained via the mobile device during a registration session with a portal of an authorization processing system that stores an item associating with an account identifier. The access token is stored in a data warehouse in association with an account identifier registered during the registration session. In response to an authorization request containing the account identifier is determined by the authorization processing system to have satisfied a first set of conditions specified in the item associated with the account identifier, the portal is instructed to use the access token to communicate with the server to determine whether a second set of conditions identified by the item are met by the mobile data stored in the account hosted on the server that is separately operated from the authorization processing system.

  • Publication number: 20200160529
Abstract: Techniques to improve edge detection in images. Some techniques include logic to process image data into patched image data in accordance with a colorspace model where the patched image data includes color data in a plurality of patches and identify an image group corresponding to the patched image data. The logic may be further configured to select, based upon the image group, a colorspace transform mechanism being operative to transform the image data into transformed image data in accordance with another colorspace model, the other colorspace model having a higher likelihood than the colorspace model at edge detection for the image group. The logic may be further configured to apply the colorspace transform mechanism to the image data to generate the transformed image data in accordance with the other colorspace mode and then, apply an edge detection technique to the transformed image data. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20200155983
Abstract: Provided is a magnetic filtration apparatus with a simple structure for permitting easy and effective discharge of magnetic substances from the inside of a flow passage to its outside, the magnetic substances being captured by attraction from a liquid to be treated by magnetic separation. The magnetic filtration apparatus includes a treatment container 12 having an inlet 26 and outlet 28 of the liquid, and a discharge port 36 of the separated magnetic substances. A magnetic apparatus 20 attached around the treatment container 12 attracts the separated magnetic substances to an inner wall of the treatment container 12, while cancellation of the effect of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic apparatus 20 allows the attracted magnetic apparatus to flow into a detachable collecting container 14 positioned below the treatment container 12, due to the gravity, through a communication passage 15.

  • Publication number: 20200162465
Abstract: A method of preventing unauthorized access to electronic mail attachment is disclosed herein. A message management system receives one or more files designated as sensitive files. The message management system generates one or more hash values by applying a hash function to each of the one or more images corresponding to the file. The message management system stores the one or more hash values in a database. The message management system receives an outgoing electronic message that includes an attached file. The message management system generates one or more attachment hash values for the attached file by applying the hash function to the attached file. The message management system compares the one or more attachment hash values to the database. The message management system determines that at least one attachment hash value matches at least one hash value. The message management system blocks the outgoing electronic message.
