  • Patent number: 10659383
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to systems and methods for queuing and sending messages to recipients according to historical latency values associated with each recipient. In some embodiments, a plurality of messages are received, each message including a network address of a recipient. The messages are sent to the recipients by threads that remain active (i.e., cannot be used to send another message) until confirmation responses are received from the recipients. Latency times are measured between when the messages were sent and when the confirmation responses were received. The latency times may be used to assign future messages to queues designated by certain latency ranges.

  • Patent number: 10653181
Abstract: An e-vapor device may include a cartridge configured to hold a pre-vapor formulation therein. The e-vapor device may additionally include a dispensing body including a ratchet assembly and configured to receive a vaporizer to interact with the ratchet assembly. The vaporizer is configured to access the pre-vapor formulation in the cartridge via a coupling action and to heat the pre-vapor formulation to generate a vapor. The ratchet assembly is configured to undergo a mechanical incrementation with each coupling action to facilitate a simultaneous removal of the cartridge with the vaporizer coupled thereto after a designated number of coupling actions. Accordingly, the overuse of the vaporizer and the adverse sensory effects associated therewith can be reduced or prevented.

  • Patent number: 10657527
Abstract: Techniques are described for managing ghost account(s) for user(s). A ghost account may be created with a ghost account number that is a digitally provisioned payment card number linked to a backend account of a user. The ghost account number may be used to conduct transactions in situations where the user may otherwise use their backend account number. One more constraints governing the use of the ghost account may be specified by the user and/or the backend account management service. For example, the user may request a ghost account to be used only to make payments to a particular merchant or service. As another example, the user may request a ghost account to be useable for a particular period of time and/or a particular number of uses. Transactions initiated through the ghost account may be completed using the backend account that is linked to the ghost account.

  • Patent number: 10657416
Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein may quantify a representation of a type of input an image analysis system should expect. The image analysis system may be trained on the type of input the image analysis system should expect using a first image stream. A first model of the type of input that the image analysis system should expect may be built from the first image stream. After the first model is built, a second image, or a second image stream, may be compared to the first model to determine a difference between the second image, or second image stream, and the first image stream. When the difference is greater than or equal to a threshold, a drift may be detected and steps may be taken to determine the cause of the drift.
