Abstract: Methods are disclosed for treating a subject with a tumor. These methods include administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of CD8+CD39+CD103+ T cells. Methods also are disclosed for isolating a nucleic acid encoding a T cell receptor (TCR) that specifically binds a tumor cell antigen. These methods include isolating CD8+CD39+CD103+ T cells from a sample from a subject with a tumor expressing the tumor cell antigen, and cloning a nucleic acid molecule encoding a TCR from the CD8+CD39+CD103+ T cells. In addition, methods are disclosed for expanding CD8+CD39+CD103+ T cells. In additional embodiments, methods are disclosed for determining if a subject with a tumor will respond to a checkpoint inhibitor. The methods include detecting the presence of CD8+CD39+CD103+ T cells in a biological sample from a subject.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to initiating and completing peer to peer payments or peer to merchant payments initiated by financial cards and cameras of mobile devices. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems and methods may provide an accurate determination of parties involved in a peer to peer transaction, be useable with hardware and software that users are already in possession of, and securely initiate a peer to peer transaction. The disclosed systems may include a server communicatively coupled to a mobile device by a network. The server may receive an image of one or more financial cards, retrieve account information for each financial card in the received image, generate a proposed transaction based on the retrieved account information, transmit the proposed transaction to the mobile device, receive approval for the proposed transaction and initiate a payment or a transfer to an account based on the retrieved account information.

The system may receive a specification file and a service specific parameter, parse the specification file and the service specific parameter to determine an operation detail, and extract the operation detail from the specification file and the service specific parameter. The system may input the operation detail into the integration pattern template to generate a service configuration file. The service configuration file may be deployed in a service integration platform.

The match scores are based on a comparison of the portion with each of multiple portions of a second audio fingerprint. The method includes generating a list of runs based on the highest score for each portion of the multiple portions of the first audio fingerprint. The method includes determining, based on the list of runs, an unordered match between a set of consecutive portions of the first audio fingerprint and a set of non-consecutive portions of the second audio fingerprint. The apparatus includes a first elongated member with a provision for a first external mechanical coupling at a distal location on the first elongated member. A third member is mechanically coupled to a first portion of the first elongated member. The third member includes a fourth member to move through at least a second portion of a length of the second elongated member. Mechanical couplers associated with the second elongated member are provided for a second external mechanical coupling of the riser to the apparatus. The riser may be hoisted using the apparatus for better control during coupling to the wellhead.

For example, the system can receive a voice interaction from a user where the voice interaction includes a request or a command having one or more portions. After the user is authenticated using non-voice biometric authentication information, the system enrolls the user into a voice biometric authentication program for at least one portion of the request or the command. The system also enrolls the user into the voice biometric authentication program for other requests or commands that include one of the at least one portion of the request or the command and portions of one or more second requests or commands for which the user has been enrolled into the voice biometric authentication program.
