Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring through graphical user interfaces are disclosed. In one aspect, a system is disclosed that includes a processor and data storage including instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to perform operations. The operations include maintaining an input file including predetermined criteria for a plurality of factors, receiving a model dataset generated using a model, based on the input file and the model dataset, generating a first graphical user interface that includes a graphical illustration of a subset of the plurality of factors, a model risk for the model, and a selectable feature associated with a selected factor in the subset and a selected time period. The operations further include receiving through the first graphical user interface a selection of the selectable feature, and, in response, generating a second graphical user interface that recolors a portion of the first graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 10605950
Abstract: A formation evaluation system reduces inversion matrixes used to determine formation properties, thereby increasing the memory management and processing efficiency of the evaluation system. NMR data is acquired from a wellbore and expressed mathematically by the system as a least squares solution to a linear system. The least squares solution is approximated using a numerical decomposition method and the evaluation system determines a formation property using the approximated least squares solution. Thereafter, a downhole operation may be planned, analyzed or conducted using the determined formation property.

  • Patent number: 10603021
Abstract: Disclosed herein are devices and methods for closing a hole in the wall of a cardiovascular structure from the inside using a self-assembling closure device. The closure device can be delivered to the subject hole from the inside of the cardiovascular chamber using a transcatheter approach. Disclosed techniques involve deploying the closure device from the delivery device such that an endo-cameral portion of the closure device self-expands first to cover the hole from the inside, and then extra-cameral arms of the device are released to self-deploy against the outside of the wall by withdrawal of a retaining element, such as a guidewire, to secure the closure device to the wall.

  • Publication number: 20200097013
Abstract: Robots are used extensively in different applications so as to perform specific tasks. However, the robots are required to move around in a location where they are present, so as to perform the tasks. For path planning, free space identification is performed by the robots during which obstacles are detected and free space is identified. However, the existing systems for path planning struggle to identify free space in cluttered environments. The disclosure herein generally relates to robotic path planning, and, more particularly, to a method and system for free space detection in a cluttered environment for robotic path planning. The system inscribes obstacles in bounding boxes and all unit grids inscribed by the bounding boxes are considered as occupied. Further, by seeding the occupancy grid map, the system identifies unified segments and corresponding seeds. Further a convex expansion is executed in the occupancy grid map to detect the free space.
