Abstract: A coating apparatus for coating a perimeter surface of a pipeline. A frame selectively mounts a sprayer on the pipeline. The sprayer can spray fluid along a flow path in a spraying mode and preparation mode. In the preparation mode, a fluid diverter moves into the flow path to divert the fluid delivered from the sprayer away from the pipeline. In the spraying mode, the fluid diverter moves out of the flow path to permit the sprayer to coat the perimeter surface of the pipeline with a curable liquid. A vacuum system can draw a vacuum through the diverter to remove the fluid the sprayer sprays in the preparation mode. The flow path can be located in a spray shroud. The diverter can fluidly couple the vacuum system to the shroud interior in the spraying mode to remove overspray.

Abstract: Media delivery subsystems can deliver media files, received from a media distribution device, to end users. The media distribution device can determine a current order of distribution, specifying an order in which the media distribution device currently intends to transmit the media files, and transmit a preview message indicating the current order of distribution. The media delivery subsystems can return temporal priority feedback messages to the media distribution device based on the preview message. These temporal priority feedback messages indicate a temporal priority of the plurality of media files from a perspective of the individual media delivery subsystems. The media distribution device can determine that the current order of distribution is to be re-evaluated, determine a revised order of distribution based, on the temporal priority feedback messages, and transmit the plurality of media files to the plurality of media delivery subsystems in the revised order of distribution.

Since content transmitting information while using smart phone is stored as digital data through screen capture and a list of applications executed before the capture is converted and stored as hash value, the digital information authentication system through smart phone screen capture confirms actual facts thereafter by proving that the corresponding content is an original copy.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to certain amine derivatives of fused bicyclic heterocycles that inhibit the amine reuptake function of the biogenic amine transporters, dopamine transporter (DAT), serotonin transporter (SERT) and norepinephrine transporter (NET). Compounds of the present disclosure are potent inhibitors of the reuptake of dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) with full or partial maximal efficacy. The compounds with partial maximal efficacy in inhibiting reuptake of all three biogenic amines are herein referred to as partial triple uptake inhibitors (PTRIs). Compounds of the present disclosure are useful for treating depression, pain and substance abuse and relapse to substance abuse and addiction to substances such as cocaine, methamphetamine, nicotine and alcohol.
