    Abstract: A recycling device and a recycling method for laminar structures bonded by cured adhesive are disclosed. The recycling device comprises a barrel device, a molten salt supply equipment and a transfer equipment. The barrel device accommodates the laminar structures. The molten salt supply equipment fills a specially formulated molten salt into the barrel device, and also discharges the molten salt from the barrel device. The transfer equipment transfers the laminar structures between the outside environment, the temperature-adjusting space and the barrel device. Through the design of the barrel device, molten salt supply equipment and transfer equipment, molten salt is used to heat and pyrolyze the solidified adhesive in the laminar structures to obtain recycled plate-like objects with a whole structure, so it can improve the shortcomings of conventional methods for recycling laminar structures such as direct heating pyrolysis, mechanical peeling or scraping.

    Abstract: Provided are biomarkers for parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis (PNAC) in subjects, especially infants receiving parenteral nutrition (PN). Using such biomarkers provide methods of diagnosing and/or assessing risk of PNAC in a subject, including screening a sample from a subject believed to be at risk for PNAC for one or more biomarkers of PNAC. The biomarkers can include one or more fecal metabolites. Such biomarkers and associated methods provide neonatal intensive care unit clinicians with an additional tool for early identification of PNAC risk. Early identification of high-risk infants would enable clinicians to confidently optimize caloric nutrition with PN for infants at low risk of developing PNAC and enable proactive mitigation with alterations to the administered PN.

The plug assembly is supported in the hanger assembly and has a plug seal to seal in the landing. Ports of the plug assembly communicate with a bore envelope and an annulus envelope. The monitoring assembly has pressure monitors that communicate with the ports and measure pressure measurements related to the envelopes. The hanger and plug seals can be elastomeric and/or metal elements. The hanger and plug seals are preferably expandable or can be energized outward so the seals can pass any shoulders and profiles when installed in the wellbore and can then seal against the internal surfaces.
