Abstract: System and methods for an interface alteration device that recognizes in incoming data whether certain predefined conditions exist based on condition evaluation rules, and, as appropriate, alters certain portions of the incoming data based on alteration rules. Transmission tolerance levels also define how transmission of data is to be performed so that the destination node to which the altered and/or unaltered data is transmitted will be unaware that alteration has occurred to the data stream.
Abstract: Integration framework for enterprise content management systems, in which a request related to performing an operation associated with enterprise content management is received from a customer relationship management application. In response to the request, a standard user interface is provided and user input that is entered into the standard user interface and that requests performance of an enterprise content management operation is received. In response to the user input, a particular enterprise content management system to perform the enterprise content management operation is identified from among multiple, different enterprise content management systems and a particular connector component configured to interface with the particular enterprise content management system is selected from among multiple, different connector components.

Abstract: A nozzle housing assembly, which is used in a convection heating furnace for a heat treatable glass sheet. The nozzle housing assembly comprises an elongated enclosure, at least one elongated heating resistance in the enclosure for heating convection air, and orifices in a bottom surface of the enclosure for blasting heated convection air against the glass sheet. The enclosure is divided with a flow-throttling partition into a top supply duct and a bottom nozzle box, the heating resistances being housed in the latter. Flow-throttling openings present in the partition are positioned to comply with the location and shape of the heating resistances.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for processing a transaction authorization request to reduce the need for a transaction risk assessment as part of the authorization process. The invention reduces both the data processing burden on the payment processor and the number of transactions for which authorization is denied. In some embodiments, the invention uses predictive or behavior modeling techniques to generate predictions of the transactions the consumer may engage in. If the consumer does engage in a predicted transaction, then a risk analysis process is not performed for that transaction.

Abstract: Aggregation processes and systems acquire user data from many internal and external sources, such as a host financial institution, external institutions, and publicly available websites and databases. The data aggregation may be used to pre-populate the fields in a questionnaire that would otherwise have to be manually populated by the user. A financial plan based on the data is generated and provided to the user. After presenting the financial plan to the user, additional information may be requested from the user. After the additional information is received, the financial plan may be revised and provided to the user.

Abstract: Various systems and methods for implementing and using a downhole all-optical magnetometer include downhole all-optical magnetometer sensor, including optical receiving ports that receive light pulses, a depolarizer that depolarizes received light pulses, and a polarizer that polarizes depolarized light pulses from the depolarizer. The sensor further includes a vapor-filled cell through which polarized light pulses from the polarizer are directed, wherein interactions between vapor and a magnetic field within the vapor-filled cell alter at least some of the polarized light pulses, and an optical transmitting port that directs altered light pulses from the vapor-filled cell out of the sensor.
Abstract: A method for screening candidates by a screening entity that includes remotely accessing a screening entity's online web page by a candidate. The candidate inputs responses to a set of queries tailored to the screening entity. The responses thereto are stored in a candidate profile. An interactive audio session is initiated and an interactive information gathering process with the candidate occurs using both the audio session and the computer. Prompts are generated via the audio session and web page. Verbal responses are recorded and confidence scores are automatically calculated. The verbal responses are stored with the candidate profile for later access and analysis by the screening entity. The stored information is analyzed by the screening entity to make quality and criteria judgments about the candidate to determine a hiring potential of the candidate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention broadly described, introduce systems and methods for detecting the likelihood that a transaction is fraudulent using user access pattern data and device fingerprint data. One embodiment of the invention discloses a method for determining the likelihood that a payment transaction is fraudulent. The method comprises receiving user access pattern data generated by a user client computer, receiving a device fingerprint associated with the user client computer conducting a payment transaction, determining, using the user access pattern data and the device fingerprint, a likelihood that the payment transaction is fraudulent.

Abstract: A rig system and method is provided for use with multiple wellheads in close proximity on a wellsite. A mast assembly is mounted to a rig carrier for alignment with a first wellhead. A pipe handling system is mounted to a skid having a pipe moving member mounted to the skid. A rig platform for use with the mast assembly is vertically moveable for accommodating a second wellhead in close proximity to the first wellhead while allowing operators to work within the mast assembly.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for aligning a wellhead or BOP stack with a mast assembly comprising a sensor which provides an initial alignment between a mast and a wellhead or BOP stack. A mast assembly is transported to a well site by a rig carrier which positions the mast assembly adjacent a wellhead, or BOP stack. The mast assembly is raised to an upright position whereby a rear portion of the mast extends over the wellhead. Sensors mounted to the top drive, crow, well head, or mast can be used to align the mast with the wellhead.
Abstract: A control system and method for operating a well completion system utilizing at least one computer programmed in one embodiment to automatically operate the movement of pipe from a pipe tub to the mast and into the well and/or for movement of the pipe out of the well and/or back into the pipe tub. In one embodiment, the computer is programmed and/or configured to coordinate operation of a top drive, and/or a pipe tong, and/or a pipe moving member for moving pipe into and out of a mast, and/or a pipe transfer system for moving pipe to the pipe moving member. In one embodiment, at least a portion of the at least one computer is mounted within a control van which may be positioned so that an operator within the control van can oversee operation of the well completion system.
Abstract: A completion system and method adapted for use in wells having long lateral boreholes includes a mast assembly, a pipe handling mechanism, a pipe arm, a pipe tub, a pump/pit combination skid, a rig carrier, and a control system. The control system can be used to automate operations of the completion system to facilitate rapid and safe make-up and breaking of tubular connections.

Abstract: A transportable rig apparatus provides single operator control for moving pipe into and out of a wellbore. A transportable control van houses the operator. A rig carrier is utilized to transport the mast. A pipe tong is mounted in the mast and is remotely operable from the control van. Rig blocks which move up and down in the mast are remotely operable from control van. A skid mounted pipe moving member moves pipe to the mast assembly and away from the mast assembly. The pipe moving member remotely is operable from the control van. A pipe tub stores pipe and a pipe tub transfer system is operable for moving pipe from the pipe tub to the pipe moving member and for moving pipe from the pipe moving member to the pipe tub.
Abstract: A person monitoring system is operable to predict the onset of an adverse condition of a person. The system receives first information corresponding to a feature of a person support apparatus and second information corresponding to a physiological characteristic of the person. The system calculates a condition score as a function of the first and second information. In some instances, the system alerts a caregiver if the condition score exceeds a predetermined threshold. Alternatively or additionally, the person monitoring system alerts a caregiver when a person supported on a person support apparatus is regaining consciousness by monitoring one or more of a change in position, a heart rate, and a respiration rate. A person monitoring system that monitors a person's quality of sleep and presents information concerning the quality of sleep to one or more interested parties is also disclosed.
