The stocking strip includes an elongated strip containing information for locating a plurality of different products on a peg board display, a first identification number for identifying the strip, a first text area for identifying a source planogram or print job, a second text area for listing stocking location in a sales establishment which contains the pegboard display, a third text area for listing a height for the product, a demarcation for indicating a span of the position of the product on the pegboard, a product image, a product identifier, a color marker and a peg indicator for locating the peg on the pegboard display.

Abstract: An apparatus for allowing fluid flow inside at least one screen and outside a span of pipe disposed in a well bore includes at least one flow path for fluid entering at least one screen. Abstract: Methods comprising providing a relative permeability modifier that comprises a hydrophilic polymer backbone with a hydrophobic modification and incorporating at least one cationic compound onto the hydrophilic polymer backbone. The hydrophilic polymer is one or more of: a polyacrylamide; a polyvinylamine; a poly(vinylamine/vinyl alcohol); an alkyl acrylate polymer; cellulose; chitosan; a polyamide; a polyetheramine; a polyhydroxyetheramine; a polylysine; a polysulfone; a gum; or a starch. The hydrophobic modification is achieved either by reacting the hydrophilic polymer with a hydrophobic compound or by a polymerization reaction product of a hydrophilic monomer and a hydrophobically modified hydrophilic monomer. The hydrophobic compound has an alkyl chain length from 4 to 22 carbons and is one or more of: an alkyl acrylate; an alkyl methacrylate; an alkyl acrylamide; an alkyl methacrylamide; or an alkyl dimethylammoniumethyl methacrylate halide.

Abstract: Techniques include performing text mining on a set of case reports in text format to determine a set of grammar rules to be used to determine whether case reports meet a medical condition. The text mining includes performing feature selection, used to determine the set of grammar rules, that combines standardized case definitions with experience of medical officers for the medical condition and outputting the set of grammar rules. Another technique includes applying grammar rule(s) to new case report(s), the grammar rule(s) previously determined at least by performing text mining comprised of performing feature selection, used to determine the set of grammar rules, that combines standardized case definitions with experience of medical officers for the medical condition. Indication(s) are output of whether the new case report(s) meet or do not meet the medical condition. The techniques may be performed by a method, an apparatus, and a program product.

Abstract: A unified system of unique identifiers is used to match enrichment content with primary content being delivered by subscribers, e.g. broadcasters, in different markets, market segments, etc. Songs, video, advertisements, or other content from multiple different content publishers or databases, each of which may be assigned identifiers using different identification systems, are assigned a unified, unique identifier. The unique identifiers are also mapped to content identifiers used by subscribers. When subscribers provide primary content, for example by broadcasting the content to end users, enrichment content is matched to the unified, unique identifier associated with the content, and appropriate enrichment data and content are sent to the subscriber for distribution along with the primary content. If subscribers or content publishers change their own identifiers associated with content, the content can be un-matched and re-matched with the same or a different unique identifier.

The isolation assembly can include one joint of a tubing section, at least two inflow control devices, and an isolation element. The joint of the tubing section can include at least two ports. Each inflow control device can be coupled to the tubing section at a respective port. The isolation element can be positioned between the inflow control devices. The isolation element can be configured to fluidly isolate the ports from each other.

Abstract: Media consumers can elect to have local news, weather, traffic, or other perishable content inserted into customized media streams. The perishable content is inserted into the media stream as an add-in block containing items associated with a particular locale that matches a user location source preference. The user can specify a static location source preference, or a follow-me, or roaming preference, in which the user's current location is used. The perishable content is selected for inclusion in an add-in block by matching a user's location preference to a locale associated with the perishable content.

Share of wallet scores can be used as a parameter for determining whether or not to accept and/or guarantee a check. The share of wallet can be used to calculate a risk value of a customer. For example, the scores can weight one or more factors related to the check writer and differentiate between a low-risk customer and a high-risk customer.

The chimeric construct also includes a second nucleic acid molecule, which is operably linked to the first nucleic acid molecule, encoding a prM protein and an E protein from a TBEV, wherein the E protein includes an amino acid substitution that differs from the wild type TBEV at amino acid position 315 and a tryptophan at amino acid position 240.

Abstract: Wellbore subassemblies usable to create a flowpath between a formation and a wellbore can include an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve positioned internal to and external of a core, the core having sockets containing charge assemblies. Upon actuation of the charge assemblies, the inner and outer sleeves are both simultaneously penetrated to form a fluid flowpath between the interior of the subassembly and the formation exterior to the subassembly. The structure of the subassembly can enable it to be lowed and used as part of a tubular conduit string both before and after perforation, the charge assemblies being unobtrusively embedded within the wall of the subassembly.

Abstract: In a rule-based system for monitoring process adherence, first and second processing patterns are received and merged to provide a merged processing pattern. Each processing pattern, which may be expressed in a state graph representation, embodies at least a portion of a desired software code development process. Optionally, the merged processing pattern may be presented to a subject-matter expert to obtain feedback thereon. The merged processing pattern may then be converted into an executable process verification rule for use in monitoring process adherence. In an embodiment, development process event data is compared to the executable process verification rules. Violations of the rules result in the generation of failure indications that may be stored and subsequently reported as needed. In this manner, efficiency of automated process adherence monitoring systems may be improved when determining the level of compliance by developers with one or more software code development processes.
